如何申请老婆来新加坡？

PR申请不到三个月就回国两年，现在又到新加坡不到两个月，想申请老婆过来，不知道什么路子比较快也较稳当？我现工资不高，CPF不多，税两年未交。请高人指点。。。

不是说最长待三个月吗？那我还申请长期居留准证比较稳妥一点儿？我原来打算这一次老婆过来，就不准备再让她回去了，来之后我就帮她申请长期居留准证。
