根据你说的情况, 我建议你拿拒签信到人力部去见官员, 亲自问清楚,看是什么原因不批准,如果上诉有机会,写好上诉信, 这很重要, 还要看老板是否愿意要你妈妈工作. 可以给我电话, 谈谈你妈妈的工作, 我帮你们参考参考.

先声明一下,我不是中介,但我帮我的同事申请过工作准证和S PASS.如果你信得过我,发你的联系电话到我的信箱,我星期六可以陪你妈妈去MOM问一下.因为还有另一位妈妈也要拿表格.星期六我公司不上班.

拿此信到人力部问清楚到底什么原因拒批，有可能只是缺少某个材料，或者公司配额不足，再根据情况上诉。
