关于这部分的事情，我想借个帖子发个问题：我现在找到个新的OFFER，但是说有两种选择 1.比如每个月 5000，（非确切的） CPF 公司那部分也自己交。或者是2. 4500，公司帮你交CPF。为了长期的目的，你觉得我选什么比较好呢？我初步算了下：如果选方案一：GROSS: 5000*13 = 65000AFTER CPF:5000*（1-0.09）*13 = 59150TAX: 不知道如何算方案二：GROSS: 4500*(1+0.04)*13 = 60840AFTER CPF: 4500*(1-0.05)*13 = 55575TAX: 不知道如何算能问下，为了长远的打算，那个方案比较好啊？因为此家公司我觉得不错，想长久呆。谢谢你们的宝贵意见。

what you mean the bonus not ceiling?Does it mean the all gross bouns (exclude the 12 mths base part)not be countted to cpf base?

Therefore, you pay maximum CPF $900 per month, the company pay 4500 x the rate as well.
