跪求，跪求解答sp被拒如何上诉？？？？？

我的sp11月份被拒签了，去人力部找了officer，得到的答案是1没有工作经验，2配额不够，还差一个月。配额的问题老板会给我补上。老板想给我上诉，但是不知道怎么写上诉信，我也希望人力部能够给我一个考试的机会，向给大多数人一样，可是我连这样的机会都没有，直接拒签。我也想知道我是不是用同样的公司重新申请sp的成功率比上诉几率高一点？希望懂行的人帮帮忙，不知道我还有没有希望？另外我是私利的diploma毕业，我的公司是只有一间店面的做销售的公司。大恩，大恩，大恩阿

一般拒签时会说一句：你可以上诉。那么找老板去为你上诉后的成功机会很大。如果拒签时没有附上那句“你可以上诉”，直接拒绝了，那么就是上诉了，也是不成功的。照楼主的情况，没有工作的实际经验，公司配额也不够（要5个新公民或PR），确实是SP不批的。你可以申请WP。
