从新加坡开过去好像很久的样子啊。。。500多公里呢。。。

我们开车只去过新山和马六甲,对于去那么远的地方还真有点怕怕。你有什么游记能让我看看吗?

Pulau Perhentian is fantastic. I make a trip there yearly!!

If you go with family and like a quieter scene away from all the happenings, you can stay in Pulau Perhentian Resort or Coral View Resort on Pulau Perhentian Besar.

If you go with friends or your family enjoy a happening night and parties , stay along Long Beach on Pulau Perhentian Kecil. This entire stretch is full of parties and great "sight-seeing"!! However, the only decent and nice resort there is Bubu Resort. It's not great I tell you but you get aircon and water heater. The others are pretty crappy in my opinion.

You can drive there and park at available parking areas near the jetty. It's relatively safe. I said relatively because I've never driven there (usually fly) and it looks quite safe.

At Perhentian, the main attraction is to go snorkeling if you can't dive. The boat man will be able to bring you snorkel in many places to see baby sharks, turtles, fishes... The sea is crystal clear (clearer than some of the water we get on our home pipes) and you can see almost 20feet down. The sand is white powdery sand. Fantastic!

Other than snorkeling or diving, you can tan, drink, go fishing, rent yacht rides etc.

Everytime I'm there, I stay for 5 days. The last day, I don't even want to come back to KL. Can just stay there forever!! Anyhow, now is monsoon season still, you might wanna go somewhere between April till October.

Same testimony here. Of all the resort islands round Malaysia, I still like Pulau Perhentian the best. Mostly because of the beautiful clear water, colourful corals, baby sharks, large turtles (I swam after one and managed to touch its back with my hand!). Just as a reference, over the years, I have visited Pulau Tioman, Pulau (Babi) Besar, Pulau Rawa, Pulau Sibu, Pulau Perhentian, Pulau Redang, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Manukan, Pulau Mamutik.

Because Perhentian is not too big and not too small, there are many small, family-run, accommodations along the beautiful beach, as well as the bigger establishments.

From Perhentian, you can also take a boat to Lang Tengah, and Redang (where there is a marine park lagoon) where there is a sunken ship. If you can hold your breath, you can snorkel "inside" the ship and see the wonderful strange brightly coloured "plants" growing inside.
