【房屋】请问pr在组屋重建时可否拿到一间新房?

<p>有朋友说不行,可是有做房产的朋友说可以,只是没有30%补助,到底谁是对的。</p>

They may also pay by monthly instalments over a maximum of ten years at the prevailing HDB concessionary interest rate.</p>

<p><font color="#800080"><strong>屋主可用CPF,现金或同时使用这两种方式,一次性支付其费用。同时,亦可以用在最长10年内每月支付的方式,当然,同样会给HDB付相应的利息。</strong></font><br/><br/><font color="#ff0000">P.S. 通篇下来,没有提到PR不可以进行租屋改造,也没有提到政府会给补贴。</font></p>

<p><font color="#ff0000">所以,就此看来,政府要改造肯定是大家整栋楼一起的,不管是PR还是公民,不过,津贴的话,应该是只给公民的。</font></p>

<p>只是不能升等。。。只能拿回原来的type的意思咯。。。。</p>

<p>在我的理解来看:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>如果住三房的话,能拿到四房;</p>
<p>本身就住四房或者五房的话,能拿到相等的。</p>
