Its really depends your job scope in Keppel, but half year bouns is very common for them, however the basic salary is quite low compare to outside market rate ...There is no free lunch in this world, from my understanding, the working hours there is very long, your yearly income might higher than other companies thats bcos you made more effort....

这么说吧, keppel fel好像本科月薪在2k6 -&nbsp; 2k8左右， bouns从门卫到老板总而言之都是一样的，只有某些部门成绩突出会有额外的花红。<br/><br/>而且每年的部分花红都会累计到以后发，所以你要跳槽的话你以后的花红就没了。<br/><br/>至于offshore, 虽然现在钢材价格上涨，石油貌似还有的跌~ 但总体而言前景还是不错的，仁者见仁智者见智。<br/><br/>/完 <br/>

<p>呵呵，这句话好像不太适合，只是这3年来得bonus morethan half yr</p>
<p>以前的时候很差的，而且keppel starting pay很少，increment更少</p>
<p>呵呵，一群人就靠bonus活着那</p>
