我老公（担保人）帮我申请PR，其中有些资料的要求不太明白：
 
1.Applicant's household Census List
 
下划线的这个是什么呢？求助各位，感谢！
 
2. Deed Poll or Change of Name Certificate of applicant and sponsor.
 
这句是什么意思呢？ 感谢！
 
3. From 4 里的 Part B--Applicant's Particulars:
 
If formerly resident in Singaproe (List in Chronological Order)
*any person who resides in Singapore by virtue of any immigration pass or permit or work permit.
 
怎么填呢？是什么意思呢？感谢！
 
4.From 4 里的 Part E--Particulars of Applicants All Other Marriages (including customary marriages)
 
这个意思是关于婚姻问题吗？不太清楚？感谢！

2. （好像没有这一条吧，是哪段问的）
 
3.好像是写这5年内你居住过的地方。
   你有没有拿工作证呢，你和你老公结婚后你有没有申请工作证呢，或以前有没有申请过呢？
 
4.是你有没有以前结过婚？

Deed Poll or Change of Name Certificate of applicant and sponsor. Deed Poll是指的单方面执行的契约，改名以后拿着护照去律师事务所做一个deed poll，凭这个deed poll，你就可以改新加坡所有的证件/文件，比如IC,bank account等。没改过名字的话就不用管它。

楼上MM说是房产证明，是需要中英文的公证么？
 
2. Deed Poll or Change of Name Certificate of applicant and sponsor.
 
这是在applcation for PR for spouse里的第6条(m)的资料要求；请问有谁知道呢？感谢！
