| TheMinistry of Manpower will be introducing a number of changes to theEntrePass framework with effect from 28 September 2009 as follows. 人力部将推出一系列的人士，由2009年9月28日起EntrePass框架如下一些变化。
For all new EntrePass applications: 对于所有新EntrePass申请：
a. Company must be registered as a Private Limited Company A.公司必须注册为私人有限公司
b. Applicant to hold at least 30% shareholding in the company 湾申请人须持有该公司至少30％股权
c. Company must have at least S$50,000 paid-up-capital c.公司必须至少有š $ 50,000实收资本
d. Company must not be registered for more than six months at the point of EntrePass d.公司不得登记超过6个月的EntrePass点

Withthe above changes, new EntrePass applicants with greater economiccontribution in Singapore will be issued a higher EntrePass type. 由于上述变化，有更大的新加坡经济的贡献新EntrePass申请人会获发更高EntrePass类型。 Existing EntrePass holders will not be affected by the changes and will continue to be assessed based on the criteria as below: 现有EntrePass持有人将不会受到影响的变化，并将继续进行评估的基础上作为标准如下：
a) First Renewal 1）首次续展
- The business is in commercial operations and/or company has secured third party funding; -业务是在商业运作和/或公司已经获得第三方的资金;

b) Subsequent Renewals b）后继续展
- Evidence of turnover/sales activities; -营业额的证据/销售活动;
- Employment creation (above and beyond main applicant); -创造就业机会（超出主申请人）;
- Corporate taxes paid for at least one of the last three years; and -公司税，至少在过去3年，一付;及
- The nature of business venture must be based on the original business plan. -合资企业的业务性质，必须在原有的商业计划。
Althoughexisting EntrePass holders can continue to renew their passes based onthe criteria as outlined above, they are encouraged to transit to thenew EntrePass framework. 尽管现有的EntrePass持有人可以继续重申其依据的是上述标准的推移，他们鼓励过渡到新的EntrePass框架。 Underthe new EntrePass framework, EntrePass holders who are issued with thehigher pass types can apply for Long Term Visit Passes for their commonlaw spouse, unmarried daughters above 21 years of age, handicappedchildren, step-children and parents / parents-in-law. 根据新的EntrePass框架，EntrePass持有谁领取了较高的通过类型可以申请长期访问准证的普通法为配偶，未婚女儿有超过21岁，残疾儿童，继子女与父母/岳父母法。
