新加坡北部公寓资料 1 – Woodgrove Condo 和 The Woodgrove
这是两个隔路相望的PROJECT，它们的名字是如此地相似，又在同一个地点，以至于很多中介有时都会混淆。
其实，The Woodgrove 是APARTMENT，而 Woodgrove Condo是货真价实的公寓，价格也大不一样。
这两个PROJECT 的旁边一大片有地房产，近美国学校。

点评：
1幢9层的楼房。
其实，它还有一个迷你型的游泳池，但是，由于实在太小，比浴缸大点。比隔壁有地住宅的私家泳池还要小，住在这里的人都不太好意思提起。
除了客厅外，房间都较小。而且有些卧室有房梁在中间。
顶楼有2层的屋子。
面对草坪的房间，景致不错。面对旁边24小时HALA 咖啡店的，就不敢开窗了。
附近有NTUC，买日常用品还是蛮方便的。
步行至地铁站约15分钟。
有912 巴士去兀兰，马西岭地铁站。

跟对面的哥哥THE WOODGROVE比起来，这个弟弟的公寓设施齐备多了。
由于所有建筑楼高4层，所以这个PROJECT 很多PENTHOUSE
附近有NTUC，买日常用品还是蛮方便的。
步行至地铁站约15分钟。
有912 巴士去兀兰，马西岭地铁站。

这是两个只有一墙之隔的PROJECT，也是目前离兀兰地铁站最近的公寓了。
由于两者价格，屋龄，屋子大小，似乎都差别不大，买家往往两个都会先看一下，然后，不同的买家一定会倾向于其中一个。

点评：
ROSEWOOD有超大面积的PENTHOUSE，有4房，这是CASABLANCA没有的。
ROSEWOOD 的屋主会告诉你，他的屋子质量比CASABLANCA好，因为是 Centrepoint Properties Pte Ltd 造的。（CASABLANCA是远东机构）。每间都是大理石地面。
对面是士林小学，从边门出来，过马路就是学校，很方便。
旁边的ESSO油站有24 小时便利店。
8分钟走到图书馆，10分钟到地铁站。

点评：
CASABLANCA 有让他的邻居瞠目结舌的长达72米的泳池。这在当时的新加坡是最长的。很多的UNIT 有无敌POOL VIEW。
跟ROSEWOOD 比较起来，CASABLANCE 较摩登，吸引年轻人。
Tower 2 和 Tower 4 的屋子都是premium unit，有大理石的地面，价格较高。别的tower 则是普通瓷砖地面。
个人比较喜欢2房式加一个STUDY ROOM的，合适小家庭.

这又是两个只有一路之隔的PROJECT，距离海军部地
铁站500米到700米。价格，屋龄，屋子大小，差别不
大。

由于两者以前都是EC，现在都已经过了5年，除了外国人
，PR公民都可以买。当初刚到5年时，30几万的屋子很
多。现在都价格翻番了。

暂时，由于其前不着村，后不着店的尴尬地里位置，买东西
也不方便，这两个以稀有宝石命名的公寓，似乎不能像它们
的名字一样，吸引到太多的租客。幸好有定时的免费穿梭巴
士来往于公寓和义顺地铁站之间。

屋子的质量是很不错的。看过几间顶楼，天花板很高。感觉
舒畅。
有不少的UNIT就在地铁线的旁边，很吵。

新加坡北部公寓资料 5 – Seletaris 和 Euphony Gardens

这是两个同在SEMBAWANG ROAD上的公寓，中间隔了兵营。好像是长长的SEMB AWANG ROAD上的两朵小花，给平淡无聊的驾车人一些看头。

2个公寓都是由4层小楼组成的。走在其中，有一种平和，恬静，遐逸的感觉。

两个公寓，离义顺地铁站步行的话，不是一般的远，买这两个公寓的主基本都是有车阶级。当然，有巴士去义顺和三巴旺，交通还算方便。而且，中邦城在不远处。买东西很方便
的。

点评:
Euphony Gardens 从名字和LOGO 看，猜想跟音乐有关，果然，整个公寓到处被青铜的雕塑点缀，雕塑的主题都是手拿各种乐器的人。
公寓外有些单层的店铺，其中有间DRIVE THRU 的McD。还有间新开的四川火锅店，蛮不错的。
这是我个人最喜欢的北部公寓了。
