Really sympathise with you, needs to differentiate between PRC and Singaporean when speaking mandarin, why? because you think singaporeans cannot understand your 'pure' mandarin? you maybe able to speak mandarin, but i think you have poor grasp of the culture from the way you reply.

我是新加坡人，土生土长的。
这事儿有这么严重么？不就一个青年无聊弄个视频玩玩罢了，更何况咆哮体也不是他写的的，不过按搞念，就出了事儿，“原创”竟“逍遥法外”。
文化上的差异可大可小，既来之，则安之。试着慢慢地融入。有不爽的，骂骂过后就算鸟，不需有芥蒂。
咆哮体说的都是事实，只不过有些地方夸大了些，博君一粲。比如吃个饭的选择：的确是这样。我LG到食阁/小贩中心吃饭，走两圈后还是两手空空的回来说不知道要吃什么。选择多了呀，如果没有选择，估计又引起民愤了：啥民主国家呀？啥发达国家呀？不是民以食为天嘛？咋没几样让人挑啊？？？再说了，不这样，“美食天堂”岂不是浪得虚名？？？
说到侮辱新加坡人，看了几遍还是没看出来。视频也看了几遍，喊LG来看，也没觉得。倒是看几遍就笑几遍。
笑把three 念成 tree，少块肉了？很多人把mine 说成 my one，这也没什么啊？我就曾这么说，被同事改正后就不再犯了，反倒感激她呢。一句话里掺夹着多种语言严格说起来的确不是规范的语言，说好听的，这就是新加坡的语言特色，要说真话：就是四不像“lor”。实话没人爱听，只好沾沾自喜的把语言特色印在国庆礼包公告天下。
不是有本地艺人模仿邻国口音上电视节目、拍电影么？算“取笑”、“侮辱”咱邻居么？？？大家不是觉得“几好笑”的么？笑得“几够力一下”:lol  坊间不还有人刻意模仿的？有邻居“群起而攻咱”么？我不知道，我很少上论坛。

我们可以笑别人，但容不得别人批评咱。
说白了，新加坡人的玩笑开不得呀开不得！

Chinese 不会 speak English 很正常，都说是 Chinese了嘛。
就像 angmoh 不会 speak  Mandarin 不稀奇，Chinese 不会 speak Mandarin 才可耻

This is what i see when i was registering my account. Next lets have a look at the domain name "bbs.sgchinese.net" and 狮城论坛 and lastly this sever is registered and located in Singapore. So who is the guest and host ? If you aint happy over here , jolly well go back to where you came from , I hate to see my country being slammed in our own backyard.

Working here for some years and been paying taxes doesn't make you more than a guest.

Having one or two self claiming Singaporeans standing on your side doesn't make your argument right.

As for the so call Singaporean who happen to be 1 of the fews in Singapore who welcome PRC with wide open arms , i suggest you renounce your Singpore citizenship and go for the PRC's passport since u are so fond of them.
