父母一方带孩子可以买hdb吗？

hdb现在说pr海外有房产的，不让买hdb。那父母一方有房产，另一方无房产，无房产一方带孩子申请到pr后可以买hdb吗？

不可能让有资格买组屋的夫妻二人只放一个名的，新加坡政策若有这空子钻，每对有孩子的夫妇岂不是都能同时买组屋和公寓了？

好像不可以除非你是单亲

You are buying the resale flat with:
your husband/wife and children (if any) or
your parents and siblings (if any) or
your children under your legal custody, care and control (if you are a widowed or divorced)

打电话问HDB，直接，不用猜。
不过有房产的住在组屋里也不行啊。
