父母一方带孩子可以买hdb吗？

确定是可以的，前提是夫妻一方是外国人, 另一方PR是可以和PR的孩子买HDB的，我的朋友家就是这样的。

这种在以前看过。

有些人认为政府条例是怎样怎样的，中间其实掺杂了一些误解。关于条例，公开类型的有两条：
1，两个公民或PR
2，组成核心家庭

有些人认为1和2是完全等同的，即核心家庭成员的主题（夫妻）就是1中说的，其实不是的。

Ans: From 30 Aug 2010, buyers of resale HDB flats (without CPF housing grant) will not be allowed to own both the resale HDB flat and private residential property (local or overseas) within the Minimum Occupation Period of 5 years after purchase. If the private residential property owner buys a resale HDB flat without CPF housing grant, he will have to dispose of his private residential property within six months from the date he completed the resale transaction of purchasing the resale HDB flat.

To enable HDB to assess eligibility of private property owners to buy a resale flat and appeal to retain the private property, the couple must write in to the Resale Operations Unit giving full details of the property (such as the title deed of the property and any other purchase documents of the property) and explaining their current circumstances for the appeal prior to the purchase.
