那是不是就是说。5年mop在新房EDPD之前的话，就可以在拿到新房锁匙之后的半年内卖掉现有的hdb就可以了吗？这个有没有什么贷款上的要求？主要是担心过渡期没有地方住

completion date 比EDPD要短，前者是建筑商最晚交房给HDB的日期，后者是HDB最晚和住户签房产合约给住户入住的日期。

officer的电话是没有直接给的，我是因为写信要求其他的事她们要口头询问才打给我的，我只有热线的：18008663066.
你要是不放心就写信给他们可以有有个凭证在手。

楼上的,edpd是说最晚拿钥匙的时间,但是最快也可以是2016年第一季,更何况现在都提前交房,所以你应该申请的项目是completion date和你现屋满五年差不多。

2.7 Ownership / Interest in Property

  A person is not entitled to buy an HDB flat if he, his spouse, any occupiers listed in the Application Form or their spouses:


  (a) is the owner of any other flat, house, building or land* or has an estate or interest therein; or


  (b) has at any time within 30 months before the date of applying to buy an HDB flat, or between the date of the application and the date of completion of the purchase, acquired or disposed of any flat, house, building or land, or any interest therein.

这里的b是说购买HDB之后30个月不可以BTO吗?

Dear Mr Chen,

Thank you for your email of 1 July 2012.

If you had bought a resale flat from the open market without any CPF Housing Grant, you may apply a flat from HDB during the Minimum Occupation Period (ie. 5 years), meeting all other eligibility conditions.

We would, however, like to highlight that you must ensure that the Delivery Possession Date (DPD) of the new flat must be on or after the Minimum Occupation Period for the resale flat. You will be required to dispose of your existing flat within six months from the key collection date.

但是楼上的,要注意一件事你也许要还双份的贷款,因为hdb说会让我们先拿钥匙,拿钥匙开始就要还贷款了。
