Anyway thank you for your advise. But no worry, I changed a better company environment already and current boss is a very nice Chinese person who have accepted the high education. Sometimes we choose a place to stay not becuase it is better than our country, we only chase where can earn more money and creative a better life for ourselves. I bought a codo here, married here & want to study English until I become a native English speaker, so I keep going to stay in Singapore. In the future, I also can choose to run a business and do some investments here. Of course, also consider to back to China or other countries if I retired. In final, there is exactly exist a racist in Singapore (My Singapore husband said). By the way, you can wander in other singapore forums, then you will not complaint so much and feel uncomfortable.  Please Leave some space for Chinese ppl to express our emotion. No more reply, thanks=)
