谁在教训耶稣的命令？

你们要去，将我的命令教训万民，凡我所吩咐你们的，都教训他们遵守（马太福音28:19-20）   

*谁在教训：凡我所吩咐你们的，都教训他们遵守，我就常与你们同在，直到世界的末了（马太福音28:20）？

*谁在教训：所以你们要照耶和华你们 神所吩咐的谨守遵行，不可偏离左右（申命记5:32）？

*谁在教训：凡我所吩咐的，你们都要谨守遵行，不可加添、也不可删减（申命记12:32）？  

*谁在教训：劝老年人，要有节制，端庄、自守、在信心爱心和忍耐上，都要纯全无疵（提多书2:2）？

*谁在教训：又劝老年妇人，举止行动要恭敬，不说谗言，不给酒作奴仆，用善道教训人，好指教少年妇人爱丈夫、爱儿女，谨守、贞洁、料理家务、待人有恩、顺服自己的丈夫，免得 神的道理被毁谤（提多书2:3-5）？

*谁在教训：又劝少年人要谨守，你自己凡事要显出善行的榜样，在教训上要正直、端庄、言语纯全、无可指责，叫         那反对的人既无处可说我们的不是，便自觉羞愧（提多书2:6-8）？

*谁在教训：劝仆人要顺服自己的主人，凡事讨他的喜欢，不可顶撞他，不可私拿东西，要显为忠诚，以致凡事尊荣我们救主 神的道（提多书2:9-10）？

*谁在教训：“天国近了，你们应当悔改”（马太福音4:17）？

*谁在教训：你们要完全，像你们的天父完全一样（马太福音5:48）？

*谁在教训：你们要先求上帝的国和祂的义，这些东西都要加给你们了（马太福音6:33）？

*谁在教训：若不悔改都要如此灭亡（路加福音13:3）？

*谁在教训：不要再犯罪（约翰福音5:14）？

*谁在教训：你们应当信从这光，使你们成为光明之子（约翰福音12:36）？

*谁在教训：若有人要跟从我，就当舍己，天天背起他的十字架来跟从我（路加福音9:23）？

*谁在教训：这样，你们无论甚么人，若不撇下一切所有的，就不能作我的门徒（路加福音14:33）？

*谁在教训：得着生命的，将要失丧生命；为我失丧生命的，将要得着生命（马太福音10:39）？

*谁在教训：只是我告诉你们，不要与恶人作对。有人打你的右脸，连左脸也转过来由他打（马太福音5:39）？

*谁在教训：有人想要告你，要拿你的里衣，连外衣也由他拿去（马太福音5:40）？

*谁在教训：有人强逼你走一里路，你就同他走二里（马太福音5:41）？

*谁在教训：只是我告诉你们，要爱你们的仇敌，为那逼迫你们的祷告（马太福音5:44）？

*谁在教训：你们要完全，像你们的天父完全一样（马太福音5:48）？

*谁在教训：只是我告诉你们，凡向弟兄动怒的，难免受审判；凡骂弟兄是拉加的，难免公会的审断；凡骂弟兄是魔利的，难免地狱的火（马太福音5:22）？

*谁在教训：凡看见妇女就动淫念的，这人心里已经与她犯奸淫了（马太福音5:28）？

*谁在教训：我的弟兄们，不要多人作师傅，因为晓得我们要受更重的判断。原来我们在许多事上都有过失，若有人在话语上没有过失，他就是完全人，也能勒住自己的全身（雅各3:1-2）？

*谁在教训：你们要防备法利赛人的酵，就是假冒为善。掩盖的事，没有不露出来的；隐藏的事，没有不被人知道的（路加福音12:1-2）？

*谁在教训：你务要至死忠心，我就赐给你那生命的冠冕（启示录2:10）？

*谁在教训：但你们已经有的，总要持守，直等到我来。那得胜又遵守我命令到底的，我要赐给他权柄制伏列国（启示录2:25-26）？

*谁在教训：你要警醒，坚固那剩下将要衰微的。因我见你的行为，在我 神面前没有一样是完全的（启示录3:2）【耶       稣不仅要我们有行为，还要我们的行为完全。耶稣所指的行为，就是以信心来服从耶稣的命令，从而有充满爱心的行为】？

*谁在教训：你们为甚么称呼我“主阿、主阿”，却不遵我的话行呢（路加福音6:46）？

*谁在教训：耶稣回答说：“听了 神之道而遵行的人，就是我的母亲、我的弟兄了”（路加福音8:21）？

*谁在教训：叫人活着的乃是灵，肉体是无益的；我对你们所说的话就是灵，就是生命（约翰福音6:63）？

*谁在教训：你们所听的要留心，你们用甚么量器量给人，也必用甚么量器量给你们，并且要多给你们。因为有的，还要给他；没有的，连他所有的也要夺去（马可福音4:24-25）？

*谁在教训：不如听 神之道而遵守的人有福（路加福音11:28）？

*谁在教训：所以要回想你是怎样领受、怎样听见的，又要遵守、并要悔改（启示录3:3）？

*谁在教训：只是我告诉你们，甚么誓都不可起。不可指着天起誓、不可指着地起誓、也不可指着耶路撒冷起誓，又不可指着你的头起誓，因为你不能使一根头发变黑变白了。你们的话“是”，就说“是”；“不是”，就说不是，若再多说，就是出于那恶者（马太福音5:34-37）？

*谁在教训：你们要防备假先知，他们到你们这里来外面披着羊皮，里面却是残暴的狼。【凭着他们的果子，就可以认    出他们来】（马太福音7:15-16）？

*谁在教训：凡称呼我“主阿、主阿”的人，不能都进天国，【惟独】遵行我天父旨意的人才能进去（马太福音7:21）？

*谁在教训：你祷告的时候要进你的内屋，关上门，祷告你在暗中的父。你父在暗中察看，必然报答你（马太福音6:6）？

*谁在教训：你摆设筵席，倒要请那贫穷的、残废的、瘸腿的、瞎眼的，你就有福了。因为他们没有甚么可报答你，到义人复活的时候，你要得着报答（路加福音14:13-14）？

*谁在教训：人到我这里来，若不爱我胜过爱自己的父母、妻子、儿女、弟兄、姐妹和自己的性命，就不能作我的门徒（路加福音14:26）【我们不能因为关注我们的父母、妻子、儿女、弟兄（或关注他们的批评），以致干  扰我们竭力要得到上帝的悦纳和服从我们所听到的上帝的命令】？

*谁在教训：你们无论甚么人，若不撇下一切所有的，就不能作我的门徒（路加福音14:33）？

*谁在教训：你们要谨慎，恐怕因贪食醉酒并今生的思虑累住你们的心，那日子就如同网罗忽然临到你们，因为那日子要这样临到全地上一切居住的人。你们要时时警醒、常常祈求，使你们能逃避这一切要来的事，得以站立在人子面前（路加福音21:34-36）？

*谁在教训：你们要祷告，免得入了迷惑（路加福音22:40）？

*谁在教训：耶稣对信祂的犹太人说：“你们若常常遵守我的道，就真是我的门徒。你们必晓得真理，真理必叫你们得以自由”（约翰福音8:31-32）？

*谁在教训：爱惜自己生命的，就失丧生命；在这世上恨恶自己生命的，就要保守生命到永生（约翰福音12:25）？

*谁在教训：我是你们的主，你们的夫子尚且洗你们的脚，你们也当彼此洗脚（约翰福音13:14）？

*谁在教训：我赐给你们一条新命令，乃是叫你们彼此相爱。我怎样爱你们，你们也要怎样相爱。你们若有彼此相爱的心，众人因此就认出你们是我的门徒了（约翰福音13:34-35）？

*谁在教训：你们若爱我，就必遵守我的命令（约翰福音14:15）？

*谁在教训：有了我的命令又遵守的，这人就是爱我的。爱我的必蒙我父爱他，我也要爱他，并且要向他显现（约翰福音14:21）？

*谁在教训：耶稣回答说：“人若爱我，就必遵守我的道；我父也必爱他，并且我们要到他那里去，与他同住。不爱我的人就不遵守我的道。你们所听见的道不是我的，乃是差我来之父的道”（约翰福音14:23-24）？

*谁在教训：现在你们因我讲给你们的道，已经干净了。你们要常在我里面，我也常在你们里面。枝子若不常在葡萄树上，自己就不能结果子；你们若不常在我里面，也是这样（约翰福音15:3-4）？

*谁在教训：你们若遵守我的命令，就常在我的爱里，正如我遵守了我父的命令，常在祂的爱里（约翰福音15:10）？

*谁在教训：你们要彼此相爱，像我爱你们一样，这就是我的命令。人为朋友舍命，人的爱心没有比这个大的。你们若遵行我所吩咐的，就是我的朋友了（约翰福音15:12-14）？

什么？你的传道士和牧师没有跟你传讲耶稣的这些命令？那他们就不是基督的门徒，而是撒旦的随从，伪装（假冒）成义的使者。

这也不足为怪。因为连撒但也装作光明的天使，所以他的差役若装作仁义的差役，也不算希奇。他们的结局，必然照着他们的行为（哥林多后书11:14-15）

我又听见从天上有声音说：“我的民哪，你们要从那城出来，免得与他一同有罪，受他所受的灾殃”（启示录18:4）

在此，我们夫妻感谢上帝，我们主耶稣基督的父，赐给我们美好的一天，也赐给我们你们这些忠心于主的弟兄姊妹们。

Who is teaching the commands of JESUS

Go and teach all nations. Teaching them to obey all the things that I have commanded you. Mat 28:19-20

·Who is teaching: To obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew. 28:20?

   

·Who is teaching: You shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your GOD has commanded you: you shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left. Deuteronomy 5:32?

·Who is teaching: What thing so ever I command you, observe to do it: you shall not add thereto, nor diminish from it. Deuteronomy 12:32?

·Who is teaching: That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience. Titus 2:2?

·Who is teaching: Whoever does not forsake all that he has cannot be MY disciple. Luke 14:33?   

·Who is teaching: "Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap. For it will come upon all those who live on the face of the whole earth. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the SON of MAN." Luke 21:34-36?   

·Who is teaching: Pray that you will not fall into temptation. Luke 22:40?  

·Who is teaching: To the Jews who had believed HIM, JESUS said, "If you hold to MY teaching, you are really MY disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." John 8:31-32?

·Who is teaching: The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. John 12:25?

·Who is teaching: Now that I, your LORD and TEACHER, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. John 13:14?

·Who is teaching: A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are MY disciples, if you love one another." John 13:34-35?

·Who is teaching: If you love ME, you will obey what I command. John 14:15?

·Who is teaching: Whoever has MY commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves ME. He who loves ME will be loved by my FATHER, and I too will love him and show MYSELF to him. John 14:21?

·Who is teaching: JESUS replied, "If anyone loves ME, he will obey MY teaching. MY FATHER will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey MY teaching. These words you hear are not MY own; they belong to the FATHER who sent me. John 14:23-24?

·Who is teaching: You are already clean because of the WORD I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in ME. John 15:3-4?  

·Who is teaching: If you obey MY commands, you will remain in MY love, just as I have obeyed MY FATHER's commands and remain in HIS love. John 15:10?  

·Who is teaching: MY command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are MY friends if you do what I command. John 15:12-14?

What? Not your preachers and pastors? Then they are not a disciple of CHRIST, but is a minister of Satan, transformed [masquerading] as a minister of righteousness.

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15 It is not surprising, then, if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

Warning to Escape Babylon’s Judgment

4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say:

“‘Come out of her, my people,’

    so that you will not share in her sins,

    so that you will not receive any of her plagues.”

信靠上帝必拯救你

虽有千人仆倒在你旁边，万人仆倒在你右边，这灾却不得临近你。祸患必不临到你，灾害也不挨近你的帐棚（诗篇91:7,10）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，正常来说，今天的我们正生活在一个可怕的世界，从一个灾难到另一个灾难的动荡世界。几乎每天我们都能听到大量的负面新闻，关于战争、关于核武器和化学武器的危险、关于石油泄漏、地震、洪水、台风、关于绝症的增加，还有各种的罪行遍布我们的城市。

但是在这些灾难当中，上帝承诺为那些信靠祂且住在祂里面、并【遵守祂所吩咐的一切命令】（马太福音28:20）的信徒，作为避难所和堡垒（诗篇62:8你们众民当时时倚靠祂，在祂面前倾心吐意， 神是我们的避难所）。

你可能会说：“可是，维德，上帝作出那些承诺是在几千年前，当时的情况不像今天这样的令人绝望。”

也许是如此，但是你知道吗？那些承诺直到今日仍然有效，这些正是为我们这一代人作出的承诺。仔

细想想，回到诗篇91章所写的年代，那时人们没有发明能够瞬间毁灭万人的武器，而我们这一代是能够做到的。所以，当上帝说“祸患必不临到你”时，是包括我们的。

祸患必不临到你，耶和华要保护你免受一切的灾害，祂要保护你的性命（诗篇121:7）！赞美上帝，这是多棒的声明啊！但是，你需要持守并相信这些承诺，相信上帝想要在你的生命里作 神，祂想要作你的保护者，祂想要保守你；在困难临到你时，祂想要你首先喊出的是祂的名字，祂想要作你所信靠和指望的 神来保守你的安全。如果你愿意接受，那么上帝绝对、绝对不会让你失望。

上帝能够掌握围绕你的一切危险，无论危险有多严重，祂都能掌握，对此祂用沙得拉、米煞和亚伯尼歌已经证明。沙得拉、米煞和亚伯尼歌被捆绑扔进烈火的窑中，火窑极热，以致仍他们的人都被火焰烧死了。到目前为止，你所陷入的任何困境都不会过于他们。然而，上帝使他们通过了困境，当他们从火里出来时，身上连一点烟味都没有。哈利路亚，赞美 神！

所以，无论围绕你的困难看起来有多可怕，你要信靠上帝，祂永远都是信实的；在你最需要帮助的时候，祂绝不会置之不理；如果你真正爱祂并顺服祂，祂会等在那里从一切困境、灾难和毁坏的事情中拯救你。

让上帝证明在你的生命中，就像祂证明在沙得拉、米煞和亚伯尼歌的生命中：没有别神能像上帝这样施行拯救！

研经：但以理3:16-29

3:16 沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌对王说：“尼布甲尼撒阿，这件事我们不必回答你。  

3:17 即便如此，我们所事奉的  神能将我们从烈火的窑中救出来。王阿，祂也必救我们脱离你的手。  

3:18 即或不然，王阿，你当知道我们决不事奉你的神，也不敬拜你所立的金像。”  

3:19 当时尼布甲尼撒怒气填胸，向沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌变了脸色，吩咐人把窑烧热，比寻常更加七倍。

3:20 又吩咐他军中的几个壮士，将沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌捆起来，扔在烈火的窑中。  

3:21 这三人穿着裤子、内袍、外衣和别的衣服被捆起来，扔在烈火的窑中。  

3:22 因为王命紧急，窑又甚热，那抬沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的人都被火焰烧死。  

3:23 沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌这三个人，都被捆着落在烈火的窑中。  

3:24 那时尼布甲尼撒王惊奇，急忙起来，对谋士说：“我捆起来扔在火里的不是三个人么？”他们回答王说：“王阿，是。”  

3:25 王说：“看哪，我见有四个人，并没有捆绑，在火中游行，也没有受伤。那第四个的相貌好像神子。”

3:26 于是尼布甲尼撒就近烈火窑门，说：“至高 神的仆人沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌出来，上这里来吧。”沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌就从火中出来了。  

3:27 那些总督、钦差、巡抚和王的谋士一同聚集看这三个人，见火无力伤他们的身体，头发也没有烧焦，衣裳也没有变色，并没有火燎的气味。  

3:28 尼布甲尼撒说：“沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的 神，是应当称颂的，祂差遣使者救护倚靠祂的仆人。他们不遵王命，舍去己身，在他们　神以外不肯事奉敬拜别神。

3:29 现在我降旨，无论何方何国何族的人，谤讟沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌之 神的，必被凌迟，他的房屋必成粪堆，因为没有别神能这样施行拯救。  

在此，我们夫妻感谢上帝，我们主耶稣基督的父，赐给我们美好的一天，也赐给我们你们这些忠心于主的弟兄姊妹们。

Trust GOD to Deliver You

Psalm 91:7, 10

"7 A thousand may fall at your side,

And ten thousand at your right hand;

But it shall not come near you.

10 No evil shall befall you,

Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;"

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Naturally speaking, this is a terrifying world we're living in today. A world that staggers from one disaster to another. Almost daily we hear about wars, about the dangers of nuclear weapons and chemical warfare, about oil spills and earthquakes and floods and typhoons, about incurable diseases on the rise and crime sweeping through our cities.

But in the midst of it all, GOD is promising to be a refuge and a fortress to those who will trust and dwell in HIM (Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to HIM, for GOD is our refuge. Psalm 62:8), and who will “obey all that HE commanded us” (Matt 28:20).

"But, Victor," you might say, "HE made that promise thousands of years ago when things weren't in as desperate shape as they are today!"

That may be so, but you know what? That promise is right up to date. It was made for our generation. Just think about it. Back when Psalm 91 was written, man hadn't even invented weapons that could destroy ten thousand people at once. We're the generation that did that. So when He said, "No evil will befall you," HE was including us.

No evil will befall you. “The LORD will keep you from all harm-- he will watch over your life” Psalm 121:7; Praise GOD, what a statement! But you need to catch hold of it and believe it. Believe that GOD wants to be GOD in your life. HE wants to be your protection. HE wants to be your security. He wants to be the first Name you call when trouble comes your way. He wants to be the One that you trust in and look to, to keep you safe. And if you'll do that, He'll never, never let you down.

HE can handle all the dangers that surround you. No matter how bad they are, HE can handle them! HE proved that with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. They were bound and thrown into a fiery furnace that was so hot that the men who threw them in were killed by the heat. Now you can't get in any more trouble than that. But GOD brought them through and when they came out, they didn't even smell like smoke. Hallelujah!

So, no matter how terrifying things around you seem to get, trust GOD. HE will always be faithful. HE will never be out doing something else when you need help. HE will be right there to deliver you from any problem, any catastrophe, any kind of devastation if you love and obey GOD.

Let HIM prove in your life what HE proved in the lives of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: No other can deliver like HIM!

Scripture Study:  Daniel 3:

16 Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. 17 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the GOD we serve is able to deliver us from it, and HE will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand. 18 But even if HE does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”

19 Then Nebuchadnezzar was furious with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, and his attitude toward them changed. He ordered the furnace heated seven times hotter than usual 20 and commanded some of the strongest soldiers in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and throw them into the blazing furnace. 21 So these men, wearing their robes, trousers, turbans and other clothes, were bound and thrown into the blazing furnace. 22 The king’s command was so urgent and the furnace so hot that the flames of the fire killed the soldiers who took up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, 23 and these three men, firmly tied, fell into the blazing furnace.

24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?”

They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.”

25 He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”

26 Nebuchadnezzar then approached the opening of the blazing furnace and shouted, “Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, servants of the Most High GOD, come out! Come here!”

So Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came out of the fire, 27 and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers crowded around them. They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them.

28 Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the GOD of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent HIS angel and rescued HIS servants! They trusted in HIM and defied the king’s command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own GOD. 29 Therefore I decree that the people of any nation or language who say anything against the GOD of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego be cut into pieces and their houses be turned into piles of rubble, for no other god can save in this way.”

上帝不受捆绑

此时你若闭口不言，犹大人必从别处得解脱、蒙拯救（以斯帖4:14）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，我们必须牢记：上帝绝不会被我们的不信或懦弱而捆绑。祂想要用我们（基督徒）来祝福祂的子民，但是当我们没有信靠上帝、没有听从祂的话语时，祂将拣选其他人来成就祂必成就的旨意。

无论发生什么，只要我们不信靠、不服从上帝，“我们就断不得进入祂的安息”（希伯来3:11）。“你会发现你必不得安逸，也不得落脚之地。耶和华却使你在那里心中跳动，眼目失明，精神消耗。你的性命必悬悬无定，你昼夜恐惧，自料性命难保”（申命记28:65-66）。

让我们爱上帝，并服从祂的话语！

Esther 4:14 - "For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place . . . "

Dear Brothers n Sisters,

We must always remember that, GOD is never bound by our faithlessness or cowardice. HE desires to use us (Christians) to bless HIS people, but if we fail to trust HIM and obey HIS WORD, HE will use someone else. But HE will always accomplish HIS will.

What happen when we fail to trust and obey GOD - " . . . we shall never enter HIS rest, - Heb 3:11."  " . . . . you will find no repose, no resting place for the sole of your foot. There the LORD will give you an anxious mind, eyes weary with longing, and a despairing heart. You will live in constant suspense, fill with dread both night and day, never sure of your life. --- Deut.28：65-66

Let us love GOD and obey HIS WORD.

我们的大祭司耶稣

同蒙天召的圣洁弟兄阿，你们应当思想我们所认为使者、为大祭司的耶稣（希伯来3:1）  

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，今天很少有信徒懂得耶稣作为使者和祭司的奥秘。我们认为，使者就是某种超级圣徒。而“使者”的实际含义为：被差遣的人，所以，耶稣是被上帝差遣来为我们做事的。

耶稣被差遣作为我们的大祭司，而许多信徒对大祭司的职任完全没有概念，他们的想象是：一个人，身穿奇特的衣服来执行宗教仪式。

事实上，一个大祭司的职任远不止这些，祂被授予管理、运行、实施和生效的权柄。现在你可能想知道，耶稣为我们的益处被授予了什么管理、执行或生效的权柄？希伯来书3:1说“耶稣是我们所认为的大祭司”，祂被差遣按照你所讲的话，来付诸于运行、实施和生效。

但是，你是否有过凭着感觉讲话，而不是靠着信心讲话？比如，假设你讲生病，那么耶稣会为此做些什么呢？祂不是疾病的大祭司，祂不会运行生病，而魔鬼就会这么做；如果你说：“我没力气，我很累”，祂也不会使之生效，但魔鬼就会使之成为事实。圣经说：软弱的人要说“我很坚强！”如果你这么一说，耶稣就会赋予力量给你。

耶稣不会去运行疾病、病痛、贫乏或罪恶（这些都是魔鬼的作为），因为祂已经战胜了这一切，祂是施行释放、公义和自由的大祭司。

默想这些，然后当你来到耶稣面前时，不要讲失败的话，要讲祂能够实现的得胜的话。这就是耶稣被上帝命定成为我们的大祭司，使胜利能够发生在我们的生命中。

7:20 再者，耶稣为祭司并不是不起誓立的。  

7:21 至于那些祭司，原不是起誓立的，只有耶稣是起誓立的。因为那立祂的对祂说“主起了誓决不后悔，你是永远为祭司”。  

7:22 既是起誓立的，耶稣就作了更美之约的中保。  

7:23 那些成为祭司的数目本来多，是因为有死阻隔不能长久。

7:24 这位既是永远常存的，祂祭司的职任就长久不更换。  

7:25 凡靠着祂进到 神面前的人，祂都能拯救到底。因为祂是长远活着，替他们祈求。  

7:26 像这样圣洁、无邪恶、无玷污、远离罪人、高过诸天的大祭司，原是与我们合宜的。  

7:27 祂不像那些大祭司，每日必须先为自己的罪，后为百姓的罪献祭。因为祂只一次将自己献上，就把这事成全了。  

7:28 律法本是立软弱的人为大祭司，但在律法以后起誓的话是立儿子为大祭司，乃是成全到永远的。

JESUS our HIGH PRIEST

Hebrews 3:1 Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, CHRIST JESUS, (NKJV)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Very few believers today understand the mystery of the apostleship and priesthood of JESUS. We think that an apostle is some kind of super-saint. But "apostle" actually means "sent one." So, JESUS has been sent from GOD to do something for us.

HE's been sent to serve as our HIGH PRIEST. Again, many believers don't have the first idea what a high priest does. They picture a person walking around in strange clothes performing religious rituals.

In reality, a high priest is much more than that. He is one who is authorized to administer, to execute, to implement and to carry into effect. Now, you may wonder what it is that JESUS is authorized to administer, execute, or carry out on your behalf. Hebrews 3:1 says that JESUS is the High Priest of our confession. HE's been sent to put into effect, to execute, to carry out the words that you say.

But have you been speaking what you feel, instead of speaking words of faith? If, for example, you're speaking sickness, what's HE going to do with that? HE's not HIGH PRIEST over sickness. HE can't execute that. If you're saying, "I'm so weak, I'm so tired," HE can't carry that out. The Bible says, "Let the weak say, I am strong!" The minute you say that, JESUS can administer STRENGTH.

JESUS is not going to administer sickness or disease or poverty or sin. HE's defeated all that. HE is HIGH PRIEST over deliverance and righteousness and freedom.

Consider that. Then as you come before JESUS, don't speak words of defeat. Speak words HE can implement-- words of victory. That's what HE's been ordained by GOD to bring to pass in your life.

Greatness of the New Priest

20 And inasmuch as HE was not made priest without an oath 21 (for they have become priests without an oath, but HE with an oath by HIM who said to Him:

“The LORD has sworn

According to the order of Melchizedek’”),

22 by so much more JESUS has become a surety of a better covenant.

23 Also there were many priests, because they were prevented by death from continuing. 24 But HE, because HE continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. 25 Therefore HE is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to GOD through HIM, since HE always lives to make intercession for them.

26 For such a HIGH PRIEST was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens; 27 who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for his own sins and then for the people’s, for this HE did once for all when HE offered up HIMSELF. 28 For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints the SON who has been perfected forever.

上帝为自己造男造女

在我们的文化中，非常注重人的外表和身材健美，结果导致很多人对自己的身体不满意。我们把自己和别人相比来得出结论，就是我们不符合社会的理想标准。这种不健康的对比，会导致我们陷入消极情绪的恶性循环中。而上帝看事情，是与我们完全不同的。

首先，上帝造出我们，是按照祂自己的形象造男造女，然后祂说所造的“甚好”（创世纪1:31 神看着一切所造的都甚好）。我们每个人都是在母腹中就被上帝建造（诗篇139:13我的肺腑是你所造的，我在母腹中你已覆庇我），并且我们每一个人都是不一样的。从上帝的角度看，我们每个人的被造都是独一且贵重，又各有目的。

其次，我们对天父的重要性，从祂的儿子为我们得救而牺牲，就足以证明。基督所流的宝血为我们偿还了罪债，使我们能够从惩罚和罪的权势下被释放。上帝是如此地爱我们，祂甚至差下耶稣为我们痛苦地死在十字架上（约翰一书4:10不是我们爱 神，乃是 神爱我们，差祂的儿子为我们的罪作了挽回祭，这就是爱了）。

最后，上帝是要人与自己有亲密的关系：最初，亚当和夏娃是生活在伊甸园，与造物主同处；亚伯拉罕遵行对上帝的顺服，得以被上帝成为朋友（雅各书2:23这就应验经上所说“亚伯拉罕信 神，这就算为他的义。”他又得称为 神的朋友）；透过对耶稣的信心，我们得以成为上帝的儿女，与基督同作后嗣（罗马书8:17既是儿女，便是后嗣，就是 神的后嗣，和基督同作后嗣。如果我们和祂一同受苦，也必和祂一同得荣耀）。事实上，我们被造的整体（身体、灵魂和灵）都是属于上帝。

而当代媒体用怎样能更漂亮、更健壮、更受欢迎来炮轰（影响）我们，可是这些追求根本无法使我们得到持久的满足。只有当我们记得自己对于上帝来说是多么的贵重（上帝造出我们，我们的救主为我们而死，圣灵住在我们里面）时，我们才能获得真正的满足。

139:1耶和华阿，你已经鉴察我、认识我。  

139:2 我坐下、我起来，你都晓得，你从远处知道我的意念。  

139:3 我行路、我躺卧，你都细察，你也深知我一切所行的。  

139:4 耶和华阿，我舌头上的话你没有一句不知道的。

139:5 你在我前后环绕我，按手在我身上。

Man and Woman Made by GOD and for GOD

Our culture greatly values outward appearance and athletic prowess. As a result, many of us think negatively about our bodies. We compare ourselves with others and conclude we do not measure up to society’s ideal. Such unhealthy comparisons can lead us into an emotional downward spiral. But the LORD sees things differently.

First, GOD made us—male and female—in HIS image, and then called what HE had created “good” (Gen. 1: 31 Then GOD saw everything that HE had made, and indeed it was very good.). HE knitted each of us in the womb (Ps. 139: 13 For YOU formed my inward parts; YOU covered me in my mother’s womb.); no one is exactly like anyone else. From the LORD’s perspective, we are each uniquely made, with both value and purpose.

Second, our importance to the FATHER is seen in HIS SON’s sacrifice on our behalf. CHRIST shed HIS blood and paid for our sins so that we might be set free from the penalty and power of sin. GOD loved us so much that HE sent JESUS to take our place on the cross (1 John 4: 10 In this is love, not that we loved GOD, but that HE loved us and sent HIS SON to be the propitiation for our sins.).

Finally, GOD designed man to be in relationship with HIM. Adam and Eve lived in the Garden and had communion with the CREATOR. Abraham followed an obeyed the LORD and was called GOD’s friend (James 2: 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed GOD, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of GOD.). Through faith in JESUS, we have become children of GOD and co-heirs with CHRIST (Rom. 8: 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of GOD and joint heirs with CHRIST, if indeed we suffer with HIM, that we may also be glorified together.). Our whole being—body, soul, and spirit—belongs to HIM.

The media bombards [influence] us with how to be prettier, stronger, and more popular. But such pursuits don’t bring lasting satisfaction. Contentment is found when we remember how precious we are to GOD: HE created us, our SAVIOR died for us, and the HOLY SPIRIT lives in us.

Psalm  139: 1 O LORD, YOU have searched me and known me.

2 YOU know my sitting down and my rising up;

YOU understand my thought afar off.

3 YOU comprehend my path and my lying down,

And are acquainted with all my ways.

4 For there is not a word on my tongue,

But behold, O LORD, YOU know it altogether.

5 YOU have hedged me behind and before,

And laid YOUR hand upon me.

6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;

It is high, I cannot attain it.

7 Where can I go from YOUR SPIRIT?

Or where can I flee from YOUR presence?

8 If I ascend into heaven, YOU are there;

If I make my bed in hell, behold, YOU are there.

9 If  I take the wings of the morning,

And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,

10 Even there YOUR hand shall lead me,

And YOUR right hand shall hold me. (NKJV)

浪子回头

儿子说：“父亲，我得罪了天，又得罪了你。从今以后，我不配称为你的儿子。” 父亲却吩咐仆人说：“把那上好的袍子快拿出来给他穿，把戒指戴在他指头上，把鞋穿在他脚上。  因为我这个儿子是失而又得的”（路加福音15:21-22，24）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，在当今世界，“证明自己”是你经常觉得要去做的事，对吗？在工作中、朋友中、甚至在家里，你总会努力要赢得你所需要的认同，你要努力地向周围人证明自己，从而得到应得的薪水、友情和他们对你的关爱。

是否有不必向世界证明自己的途径？

你最好相信有！就是恩典，是白白而得且不配受的恩惠和接纳，并且你只能从一个地方找到，就是在上帝的心里。

没有任何一副画面比浪子回头的故事，更能彰显上帝的恩典了！今天很少有人能够真正感受到这个故事所带来的震撼，就像最初听到耶稣所讲时的犹太人。你是知道的，按照犹太人的标准，败家子做出了最卑劣的事情。他不仅侵吞父亲的财产，并把财产挥霍一空，过放荡无度的生活；他还离开以色列国，与外国人立约，并沦落到作了猪农（就是你能想到的最卑贱的处境）。

在当时的犹太人眼里，这个儿子的悖逆是如此的严重，他的父亲惟一能做的就是与其断绝关系。

然而，那位父亲却没有这么做，他是张开双臂来迎接他悔改的儿子回家。父亲献出他的慈悲，是儿子不配得的恩慈，是基于父亲的爱，而非儿子的悔改表现。

如果下一次，你为了自己的过犯而竭力向上帝忏悔，要赢得祂的认可，那么就让这个浪子回头的故事来释放你，并且提醒你：尽管你犯了罪，只要你悔改，你的天父仍然会张开双臂接纳你；祂会用公义的袍子给你披上，把祂的戒指给你戴上，把儿子名分的鞋给你穿上！

你是否感到自己不配得到这一切？上帝并不是将祂与你的关系，建立在你是否值得的基础上，而是基于祂对你的爱。你不必努力向上帝证明自己，上帝看重的是：当你悔改你的罪时，就是一个成功的证明。马可福音1:15告诉我们：日期满了， 神的国近了，你们当悔改，信福音。

日期满了：在从前，上帝向祂的以色列民施行拯救；在现今，救赎的壮举透过耶稣已经达到了的顶点。

神的国近了：上帝的国度是万事的终点，上帝的至高统管就是完全地实现了万有的更新，并且万有的中心就是祂那些被赎回又荣耀的子民。祂的国“近了”，意味着耶稣即将降临来进行运作，使万事成就。而上帝要求我们，就是要以悔改和相信来回应福音。

Prodigal son

"And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet....For this my son...was lost, and is found."(Luke 15:21-22, 24)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Prove yourself. In today's world, that's what you constantly feel you have to do, right? On the job, among friends, even at home you're always working to win the approval you need. Working to convince those around you that you deserve the salary, the friendship, and even the love they give you.

Is there any escape?

You better believe there is! It's called grace. Unearned and undeserved favour and acceptance. And there's only one place you can find it--in the heart of GOD HIMSELF.

There's no better picture of GOD's grace in action than in the story of the prodigal son. Few of us today can really feel the impact of that story like those first Jewish listeners JESUS told it to. You see, by their standards the prodigal son had committed some of the most despicable acts possible. He'd not only taken advantage of his father and spent his inheritance in riotous living, he'd left the nation of Israel and made covenant with a foreigner--a pig farmer! That was as low as you could get.

In their eyes, that boy's rebellion was so serious his father's only recourse was to disown him.

But that's not what this father did! He welcomed his repentant son home with open arms. He offered him grace--unmerited favour--that was based on the father's love rather than the son's performance.

Next time you catch yourself struggling to make up to GOD for something you've done wrong, working to win HIS approval, let the story of the prodigal son set you free. Let it remind you that, in spite of your sins, your FATHER has received you with open arms. HE's put a robe of righteousness on your back and HIS signet ring on your hand. HE's put the shoes of sonship on your feet!

Do you feel unworthy of all that? GOD hasn't based His relationship with you on your worthiness. He's based it on HIS love for you. You don't have to struggle to prove yourself to HIM. As far as HE's concerned, you're a proven success when you repent of your sins. We are told in Mark 1:15 -  And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of GOD is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

The time is fulfilled: The past times, especially of GOD’s acts of salvation for His people Israel, reach their climax in this present time of salvation through Jesus.

The kingdom of GOD is at hand: The kingdom of God is that final state of affairs where GOD’s supreme reign is fully realized over the transformed universe and in the hearts of all HIS redeemed and glorified people. This kingdom is “at hand” in the sense that the coming of JESUS sets in motion all that will bring about its actualization. GOD requires repentance and belief in response to this gospel.

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，一个服从上帝命令的生活方式需要完全投入且坚定的信心，而诺亚就具备这样的信心，他是坚定不移地服从上帝的指示，建造有一个屋顶和门、并三个天窗的庞大方舟。上帝曾清楚地吩咐诺亚建造方舟的精确尺寸、所用木材，并且要造得密不透水。如果要方舟能住入所有的动物，并能浮在水上，那么遵从上帝所指示的每一个细节就是诺亚最必需做的。

圣经中没有描述其他人对建造工程的反应，但我们知道人的本性，所以能够想象到诺亚当时很可能经受了人的不信和排斥。然而，虽然如此，诺亚仍旧坚定不移地建造到最后，凡 神所吩咐的他都照样行（创世纪6:22挪亚就这样行，凡 神所吩咐的他都照样行了）。

上帝是要我们完全遵从祂的指示，但可惜地是，我们总是喜欢在祂的计划中加添自己所要的。我们好像一个孩子，父母交待了三件事，第一件事完成得很好，到第二件事时就推迟再做，到了第三件事就干脆不做，因为孩子认为无关紧要。这就是没有服从。

对于我们的情况来说，我们既知道蒙呼召要行出怜悯、仁慈，因为主饶恕了我们，所以我们也要饶恕人（歌罗西3:13倘若这人与那人有嫌隙，总要彼此包容、彼此饶恕，主怎样饶恕了你们，你们也要怎样饶恕人），然而我们的本性只是要挑选部分经文来服从。但是上帝祝福的，却是那些完完全全跟从基督的人（约翰福音12:26 若有人服事我，就当跟从我，我在哪里，服事我的人也要在哪里。若有人服事我，我父必尊重他），并且在马太福音28:20里，基督是要我们服从祂所吩咐的所有命令。

在圣经里能够看到很多人将服从上帝，作为他们的生命目标：亚伯拉罕，无论上帝带领他去哪里，他都坚定不移地服从上帝；摩西，虽然自觉不足，但是仍旧执行上帝的计划；保罗，是回转成为基督的门徒。让我们求告圣灵，让祂使你能够永远遵从义路而行。

从前所写的圣经都是为教训我们写的，叫我们因圣经所生的忍耐和安慰，可以得着盼望（罗马书15:4）。

6:9 挪亚的后代记在下面。挪亚是个义人，在当时的世代是个完全人，挪亚与 神同行。  

6:10 挪亚生了三个儿子，就是闪、含、雅弗。  

6:11 世界在 神面前败坏，地上满了强暴。  

6:12  神观看世界，见是败坏了，凡有血气的人，在地上都败坏了行为。  

6:13  神就对挪亚说：“凡有血气的人，他的尽头已经来到我面前，因为地上满了他们的强暴，我要把他们和地一并毁灭。  

6:14 你要用歌斐木造一只方舟，分一间一间的造，里外抹上松香。  

6:15 方舟的造法乃是这样：要长三百肘、宽五十肘、高三十肘；  

6:16 方舟上边要留透光处，高一肘；方舟的门要开在旁边；方舟要分上、中、下三层。

6:17 看哪，我要使洪水泛滥在地上、毁灭天下，凡地上有血肉、有气息的活物，无一不死。  

6:18 我却要与你立约，你同你的妻、与儿子、儿妇都要进入方舟。  

6:19 凡有血肉的活物，每样两个，一公一母，你要带进方舟，好在你那里保全生命。  

6:20 飞鸟各从其类、牲畜各从其类、地上的昆虫各从其类，每样两个，要到你那里，好保全生命。  

6:21 你要拿各样食物积蓄起来，好作你和他们的食物。”  

6:22 挪亚就这样行，凡 神所吩咐的，他都照样行了。

A Lifestyle of Obedience to GOD Will always Bring Blessings

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

A lifestyle of obedience to GOD’s commands requires commitment and perseverance. Noah needed both as he obeyed the LORD’s instructions to build a large boat with a roof, doors, and three decks. GOD spelled out the exact measurements, the type of wood to use, and the way to make the vessel watertight. It was essential that Noah adhere to every detail if the ark was to house all the animals and stay afloat.

Scripture does not describe reactions to the project, but knowing human nature, we can imagine the disbelief and rejection Noah probably experienced. Yet he worked faithfully to the end and  “did everything just as GOD commanded him” (Gen 6: 22 Thus Noah did; according to all that GOD commanded him, so he did.).

The LORD wants us to follow HIS instructions precisely. Unfortunately, we like to add some of our desires to HIS plan. We are like a child whose parent assigns three chores. The first is done satisfactorily, the second is put off until another day, and the third is skipped because the girl deems it unnecessary. This is not obedience.

In our case, we know we’re called to show compassion and kindness, forgiving others as the LORD forgave us (Col 3: 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.). However, our human nature wants to pick and choose which parts of Scripture we’ll obey. But GOD blesses those who wholeheartedly follow CHRIST (John 12: 26 If anyone serves ME, let him follow ME; and where I am, there MY servant will be also. If anyone serves ME, him MY FATHER will honor.). And in Matt. 28:20 CHRIST wants us to “obey all things I have commanded you”.

Many people in the Bible saw obedience as their goal. Abraham determined to go wherever GOD led. Moses felt inadequate but still carried out the LORD’s plan. Paul did an about-face to become CHRIST’s disciple. Ask the HOLY SPIRIT to empower you to follow the path of righteousness.

Romans 15: 4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.   

Scripture Study

Genesis 6: 9 . . . Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with GOD. 10 And Noah begot three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

11 The earth also was corrupt before GOD, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 So GOD looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.13 And GOD said to Noah, “The end of all flesh has come before ME, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth. 14 Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch. 15 And this is how you shall make it: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits. 16 You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks. 17 And behold, I MYSELF am bringing  floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die. 18 But I will establish MY covenant with you; and you shall go into the ark—you, your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives with you. 19 And of every living thing of all flesh you shall bring two of every sort into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female. 20 Of the birds after their kind, of animals after their kind, and of every creeping thing of the earth after its kind, two of every kind will come to you to keep them alive. 21 And you shall take for yourself of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it to yourself; and it shall be food for you and for them.”

22 Thus Noah did; according to all that GOD commanded him, so he did.

使身体强健的智慧

岂不知你们的身子就是圣灵的殿么？这圣灵是从 神而来，住在你们里头的，并且你们不是自己的人，因为你们是重价买来的，所以要在你们的身子上荣耀 神（哥林多前书6:19-20）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，我们必须认识到，忽视身体的健康会阻碍我们对上帝的侍奉，因此我们有责任照顾好自己的身体。然而我们要利用智慧（雅各1:5你们中间若有缺少智慧的，应当求那厚赐与众人、也不斥责人的 神，主就必赐给他）来达到并保持身体的强健，我相信，这包括要有一个正确的动机和遵守锻炼规则。

正确的动机，来自于我们能够真正懂得自己在上帝眼里的价值【圣经告诉我们，我们的天父上帝非常地爱我们，祂甚至差下祂的独生子为偿还我们的罪债而死在十字架上】。没有一种方法，使我们能够报答上帝为我们所做的一切，我们惟一能做的就是说“感谢你，天父”，并且尽心尽力向祂证明我们爱祂，就是通过追求灵命上的健康和学习并服从祂的话语，还有以正确的饮食及定期锻炼来达到身体的强健。

我们的身体是永生 神的殿（哥林多前书6:19岂不知你们的身子就是圣灵的殿，圣灵住在你们里头吗？），圣灵住在我们里面，透过我们来进行上帝的工作。当我们照顾好身体和灵命的健康成长，那么在上帝呼召我们时，我们就能够全力以赴地投入到侍奉的工作中。我们的天父知道，我们中很多人在身体上存有不同的疾病，而祂想要我们照顾好自己，所以我们不要让自己的病情再恶化下去。

身体锻炼，是重视健康的另一个组成。而很多人是以“忽冷忽热”的态度来进行锻炼和减肥，虽然这样可能当时会得到一些效果，但是坚持持久地锻炼才能从中获得更大的益处。为了使我们的身体能够强健起来，在我们与上帝、家人和工作的时间分配结构中，就需要发展新的锻炼规则。如果我们要使灵命和身体都能保持良好的状态，那么我们的时间分配结构持久地保持一致性是必要的。

好好学习上帝的话语、正确饮食和定期锻炼，并不能保证我们避免患病或长寿，但却意味着我们为上帝将祂的殿锻炼得强健，我们在身体和灵命上都充满生命力，而当蒙召时，使我们作为上帝的儿女，能够在身体上为荣耀上帝做更多的事工。

在此，我们夫妻感谢上帝，我们主耶稣基督的父，赐给我们美好的一天，也赐给我们你们这些忠心于主的弟兄姊妹们。

Wisdom for Good Health

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the HOLY SPIRIT, who is in you, whom you have received from GOD? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honour GOD with your bodies.

   

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We must realize that neglecting our health could hinder our serving GOD, so we have a responsibility to take care of our physical body. Therefore, we have to use wisdom (If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5) with regard to achieve and maintain good health. I believe that includes having the proper motivation and a commitment to practice discipline.

Motivation comes when we understand our worth in GOD’s sight [the Bible tells us our FATHER GOD loved us so much that HE sent HIS only SON to die on the cross to pay for our sin]. There is no way that we could ever repay HIM for what HE has done for us. All we can do is say, "Thank you FATHER" and try to show HIM how much we love HIM by pursuing good spiritual health in studying and obeying the WORD of GOD and achieve physical health by eating right and exercise regularly.

Our bodies are the temple of the living GOD (1 Cor. 6: 19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the HOLY SPIRIT, who is in you, . . . .). The HOLY SPIRIT lives in us and carries out the LORD’s work through us. When we are taking care of our physical and spiritual health, we position ourselves to be able to serve when GOD calls. Our heavenly FATHER knows many of us have infirmities, but HE wants us to take care of ourselves so we do not make our condition worse.

Discipline is the other component of a health-conscious attitude. Many of us approach exercise and weight loss in a “fits and starts” manner. While that may offer some value at the time, a more lasting method is of greater benefit. We need to develop new routines, within the structure of our time with GOD, family and work, for our bodies to thrive. Consistency over the long term is necessary if we are to stay in good spiritual and physical condition.

A desire to study the WORD of GOD, eat right and exercise regularly does not guarantee we’ll avoid disease or live a long life. But it does mean we will have done our part to keep GOD’s temple in good shape for HIM. Our calling as GOD’s children is best fulfilled when we seek physical as well as spiritual vitality.

祷告

耶稣却退到旷野去祷告（路加福音5:16）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，耶稣非常珍视祂与天父的单独时间。作为我们的榜样，祂给我们显明：没有任何人可以吝啬向上帝虔诚祷告和与祂亲近的时间。为此，我们要特别注意！

我的王、我的神啊，求你垂听我向你祈祷。耶和华啊，早晨你必听我的声音。早晨我必向你陈明我的心意，并要警醒（诗篇5:2-3）

耶稣告诉我们：“凡你们祷告祈求的，无论是什么，只要信是得着的，就必得着”（马可福音12:24）

信靠并服从上帝，将会永远得到祂的祝福！

Dear Brothers n Sisters,

JESUS cherished HIS times alone with HIS heavenly FATHER. As our example, HE shows us that none of us can afford to skimp on our devotional times with GOD. We were made for this.

" . . . My KING and my GOD for to you I pray. In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my request before you and wait expectantly. - Ps 5:2-3.p."

JESUS told us "Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. - Mark 11:24"

Trust and obey GOD will always bring blessings.

遵行上帝的旨意

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，当我们遵行上帝的旨意而生活，就永远没有失败；当我们没有遵行上帝的旨意而生活，就永远没有成功。

这世界和其上的情欲都要过去，唯独遵行   神旨意的是永远常存（约翰一书2:17）

让我们以忏悔且悔改的心来归向上帝，开始过顺服上帝一切旨意的生命。
