让上帝的话语运作起来

摩西向天伸杖，埃及遍地就乌黑了三天。三天之久，人不能相见，谁也不敢起来离开本处，惟有以色列人家中都有亮光（出埃及记10:22-23）

亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，多年前，撒旦开始了一个谣言，他告诉基督教的一些领袖们，要去传讲他们基督徒的生命与世人一样，同样要经受一切的灾难、战败、贫乏和失败。但现在我们要告诉你，这是一个诡诈的谎言。

上帝的话语在诗篇91:10里说：如果你住在上帝里面，那么魔鬼必不能临近你的帐棚。  

在约翰福音16章，耶稣亲口说，祂已经战胜了世界上所有伤害我们的势力。而出埃及记10:23说，当埃及遍地黑暗时，惟有以色列人家中都有亮光。

根据以上及其他的经文，你能够明白：上帝从未打算让你经受世界一切的苦难，祂一直想要祂的儿女不要活在苦难里，要如光一样显耀在这个黑暗的世界。

在旧约里，上帝因祂为祂的儿女所施的神迹而名声确立，而同样的，对于今天的你和我来说也是如此。我们应该以活出神迹般得胜的生命来荣耀上帝，应该经常有人对我们说：“我听说了，上帝是怎样治好了你的病”，或“我听说了，上帝是怎么把你的孩子从毒品中拯救出来”，或“上帝扶持你从财政危机中真正地站起来了” 。

现在你能明白撒旦为何要散布谣言，让你相信你必须要经受与世人一样的苦难，而不是能够活出胜过苦难的生命了吧？他不希望人们追着你的问，你的力量、平安、健康和成功是从哪里得到的。

而这却正是上帝想要发生的事情，所以你要让上帝的话语运作起来，勇于接受上帝承诺给你的祝福，让上帝的大能之光充满你的生命，让魔鬼的黑暗谎言一边歇着去吧！

研经：腓立比2:1-16

2:1 所以在基督里若有甚么劝勉、爱心有甚么安慰、圣灵有甚么交通、心中有甚么慈悲怜悯，  

2:2 你们就要意念相同、爱心相同、有一样的心思、有一样的意念，使我的喜乐可以满足。  

2:3 凡事不可结党、不可贪图虚浮的荣耀，只要存心谦卑，各人看别人比自己强。  

2:4 各人不要单顾自己的事，也要顾别人的事，  

2:5 你们当以基督耶稣的心为心。  

2:6 祂本有 神的形像，不以自己与 神同等为强夺的，  

2:7 反倒虚己，取了奴仆的形像，成为人的样式。  

2:8 既有人的样子，就自己卑微、存心顺服，以至于死，且死在十字架上。  

2:9 所以 神将祂升为至高，又赐给祂那超乎万名之上的名，  

2:10 叫一切在天上的、地上的和地底下的，因耶稣的名无不屈膝，

2:11 无不口称耶稣基督为主，使荣耀归与父 神。  

2:12 这样看来，我亲爱的弟兄，你们既是常顺服的，不但我在你们那里，就是我如今不在你们那里，更是顺服的。就当恐惧战兢，作成你们得救的工夫。

2:13 因为你们立志行事，都是 神在你们心里运行，为要成就祂的美意。  

2:14 凡所行的，都不要发怨言、起争论，  

2:15 使你们无可指摘、诚实无伪，在这弯曲悖谬的世代作 神无瑕疵的儿女。你们显在这世代中，好像明光照耀，  

2:16 将生命的道表明出来，叫我在基督的日子好夸我没有空跑，也没有徒劳。  

在此，我们夫妻感谢上帝，我们主耶稣基督的父，赐给我们美好的一天，也赐给我们你们这些忠心于主的弟兄姊妹们。

Put the WORD of GOD to work

Exodus 10:22-23

"And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt...but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings."

Dear Brothers and Sisters

Years ago Satan started a rumour. He told a few Christians’ denomination leaders that they had to preach their followers to live like the world and sharing all the same misfortune, defeats, poverty and failure with those around them. Well, the word spread. You may have heard the rumour yourself. But I am telling you right now that it is a crafty lie.

The WORD of GOD says in Psalm 91:10, that evil can't even come near your house if you are abiding in HIM.

In John 16, JESUS HIMSELF says HE has deprived the world of power to harm you. And Exodus 10:23 says that when thick darkness surrounded the Egyptians, the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.

By these and other scriptures, you can see that GOD never intended you to experience all the junk the world suffers. HE's always wanted HIS children to live above it, to stand out as light in a dark world.

In the Old Testament, GOD's fame was established because of the miracles HE had worked for HIS children. That same thing should be true today with you and me. We should be glorifying GOD by the miraculously victorious lives we live. People should be coming up to us and saying things like, "I've heard how GOD healed you." Or, "I've heard how your children were delivered from drugs." Or, "GOD has really brought you out of a financial crisis."

Can you see now why Satan would spread a rumour to make you believe you have to suffer with the world instead of live as victor over it? He doesn't want people running after you asking where you get your power, your peace, your health and prosperity.

But that's exactly what GOD wants to happen. So put the WORD of GOD to work and dare to receive the blessings HE has promised to you. Let the light of GOD's power in your life put the devil's dark rumours to rest!

Scripture Study: Philippians 2:1-16

Imitating CHRIST’s Humility

2 Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with CHRIST, if any comfort from HIS love, if any common sharing in the SPIRIT, if any tenderness and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. 3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, 4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

5 In your relationships with one another, have the same mind set as CHRIST JESUS:

6 WHO, being in very nature GOD,

    did not consider equality with GOD something to be used to HIS own advantage;

7 rather, HE made HIMSELF nothing

    by taking the very nature of a servant,

    being made in human likeness.

8 And being found in appearance as a man,

    HE humbled HIMSELF

    by becoming obedient to death—

        even death on a cross!

9 Therefore GOD exalted HIM to the highest place

    and gave HIM the name that is above every name,

10 that at the name of JESUS every knee should bow,

    in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

11 and every tongue acknowledge that JESUS CHRIST is LORD,

    to the glory of GOD the FATHER.

Do Everything Without Grumbling

12 Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is GOD who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfil HIS good purpose.

14 Do everything without grumbling or arguing, 15 so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of GOD without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16 as you hold firmly to the WORD of LIFE. And then I will be able to boast on the day of CHRIST that I did not run or labour in vain.

We give thanks to GOD, the FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, for this day and for you, faithful brothers and sisters.
