在pr买房需要等三年的政策出来之前,pr作为未婚夫/妻,是可以立刻买组屋的,但是要拿到房子3个月内登记结婚。
不要再怀疑这种情况。只不过hdb没有死盯着让你注册而已。新加坡政府一贯比较有弹性,所以楼主违规没登记,做了不靠谱的事情,进而留下这个后遗症。
Fiancé/Fiancée Scheme
You and your fiancé(e) must be either:
Singapore Citizens (SC), or
Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)*
* From 27 August 2013, SPR household (i.e. a household with no SC owner) will have to wait 3 years from the date of obtaining SPR status before they can buy a resale flat
Registration of Marriage
You and your fiancé(e) must:
register your marriage with the Registry of Civil Marriages or Registry of Muslim Marriages (as applicable), and
submit your marriage certificate to the HDB within 3 months from the date of taking possession of the flat |
