我记得 原来的政策是: PR和公民买了HDB后, 要过MOP才能买公寓或海外房产,
最近一次的政策是
pr买了hdb, MOP过后, 还是不可以买本地公寓. 但似乎没说不可以买海外房产
记得是这样的, 具体的还是要专业中介来解答. 现在也一直为这事烦心, 如果看到国内房价跌了不及时搞一套以后会后悔

For Singapore Permanent Resident flat owners and/or essential family members of the flat who wish to purchase local private residential property after meeting the minimum occupation period (MOP) of their flat, they are required to notify HDB of their purchase before they exercise the Option-To-Purchase (OTP) for the property. They would also be required to undertake to sell their HDB flat within 6 months of acquisition of a completed or uncompleted local private residential property.
