Flat owners and occupiers are allowed to invest in private properties (both local and overseas). However, they must meet certain eligibility conditions before they do so.

• Flat owners and occupiers of the following sold flats are allowed to purchase private residential property (both local and overseas) if the flat owners have fulfilled the minimum occupation period for their flat. However, they must meet certain eligibility conditions.

买的时间如果是 2010年8月30日前 又没拿补助的话
Mop是3年 看你有没有可能是这种幸运情况 以后就是5年了

还有一个问题是4年之内卖HDB需要交seller stamp duty....

谢谢， 这个真不知道， 同住者不可以另外买房（至少一定时间内） 长见识了！

但这个规定，好像既不合理， 也不合逻辑 --除非孩子或父母都可以排除在同住者之外（只要保留核心家庭就可以） 否则父母孩子如何买房？

一个实际的例子， 孩子20岁， 读书， 无收入， 和父母同住， 父母是owner， 孩子是occupier。 到 22岁， 孩子工作了， 要结婚， 刚好另一半经济条件许可， 那么他们还是不能买房？ 既不能买私宅， 更不能BTO？ 是何道理？ 有什么豁免条例吗？

你说的case我认为这是一个appeal case,而且appeal成功的可能性极高。。。

Occupier五年之内不可以买私宅的政策，HDB主要是针对夫妇双方一个是owner,一个是occupier的case,这样作为occupier的家庭核心MOP期间不可以投资私宅~~~

HDB虽然有很多规矩，但是绝大多数情况合理的Appeal HDB都会接受。。。

譬如HDB规定有Private Property（包括commercial）就不可以买BTO和新EC,但是有很多拥有commercial property的屋主都通过了appeal.

You, your spouse, any occupiers listed in the Application Form or their spouses must not own or dispose or have an estate or interest in any other flat, house, building or land*
Within 30 months before the date of application, and
Between the application date and the date of taking possession of the flat

* includes but not limited to:
HUDC flats (Privatised and Non-Privatised)
Properties acquired by gift
Properties inherited as beneficiaries under a will or as a result of the Intestate Succession Act
Private properties
Properties owned/acquired/disposed through nominees regardless of properties location

Exemption to Exceptional Cases

HDB may consider granting exemption to exceptional cases based on the merits of each case. If you wish to seek exemption to buy a flat direct from HDB, please complete the property questionnaire and submit it to HDB.
