原本以为hsbc visa platinum是唯一一张给电信帐单5% rebate的卡
刚准备把电信帐单giro到hsbc, 收到boc短信

从4月23号开始，boc family 也给电信帐单5% rebate，吃饭rebate从7%升到10%
好吧，hsbc卡还是乖乖干好送箱子的本职工作吧

不过boc这个改动加了很多cap，对于每月拿100 rebate的童靴可不是好消息哦，比如几点：
- The Family Cash Rebate on Dining will be revised from 7% to 10% (cap在300 spend).
- The Family Cash Rebate on Telecommunication bills will be revised from 1% to 5% (cap在800 spend包括超市，医院，atu等).
- To enjoy the Family Cash Rebate, the minimum spend charged to a Card Account in a billing
cycle will be revised from S$500 to S$700.
- The Base Cash Rebate will be revised from 0.5% to 0.3% on all retail transactions spend, if
less than S$700 is charged to a Card Account in a billing cycle.
