<P>Seems you know what is the most effective way to adjust your mood, maybe for you know yourself very well.
<P>To me, things are totally different, usually, when I feel not good, I prefer to stay by myself alone and do something which seems to make me feel even worse, Eg, to see a love tragedy alone.I don't want to bother others, I don't want to make others also feel not good, just like me. I'd like to relay on myself to shake out of that bad feeling. Therefore, it may need a long time to go out of that, but I think, only this kind of experience can let me learn to be more independent.</P> |
