19 Oct 2006  Recently,i was lazy,I always comfort myself that maybe i would take more exercise at next day,,but next day  usualy was lazy again ,didn't want to do exercise anymore!  I know , sports help me keep my fit and figure,,,but if someone want to do it continual,i think that she would be adamantine!I also know that an ounce of prevention is with  pound  of care!   Thinking of Hesperian---blow out the match before is start a fire!   I try to do some sports every day,,,though it is distressful for me![em06][em06][em06][em06][em06] [em09][em09][em09][em09][em09]

21 Oct 2006  nothing was especial,today.I almost was sleeping whole day.I do't know ,why I was so sleepy.  my family  will celebrate my mother-in-lar birthday at next week,that day will be her 70th birthday,so i think,i have to go home to jion her celebraring party ,of course ,i'm going to be home soon![em07][em07][em07][em07][em07][em07][em07][em07][em07][em07]
