16 Dec 2006   yesterday ,after school I went to <place wst="on"></place><place></place><place></place><place></place><city wst="on"></city><city></city><city></city><city></city>ICA<city></city><city></city><city></city><city></city><place></place><place></place><place></place><place></place> for changing my green card , today I got my new card in the morning . yesterday in ICA , the officer who received me is a Indian woman ,she is a kind and friendly ,her face always is smiling and speech is soft and enunciation is clear and is completely different the India people whom I have met .3 minutes later , she finished everything and told me that I would get my new card in the next day morning ,and gave me a paper that is for application of accompany child on students’ pass information --- document of consideration list.  Today , before me ,there was a study mother who also took the new card as  me,when she took the card ,she asked officer , if she is going to change the card at next time , what she has to do ,the officer gave her a paper from the drawer, the paper is same mine. So I think , last day the officer who received her didn’t give her the paper ,maybe the officer forgot it. I have read this paper , in my opinion we have to do , I mean that all of the study mother have to do !

移民厅在报纸和电话上都说不是所有的陪读妈妈都要认证，，我想可能是那些香港，台湾，韩国等地方来的陪读妈妈不用认证，，而大陆来的则无一例外都要认证，，，否则无法解释。。。
