Someone might think that an admin would have more powerful in website , but I feel that it is responsibility and volunteer ,maybe an admin would lose some freedom<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>and <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>can’t tangle with someone optionally when he(she) gets angry .</span></p><p style="TEXT-INDENT: 18pt; mso-char-indent-count: 1.5;"><span lang="EN-US">I want to try making a warm homestead with other together for all of the study mother ,I try do my best.</span></p>

I have to learn how to lock up / shield / delete the thread, today I have spent much time to research how to operate, this is the basal skill of an admin .
