我们去年卖了组屋，又买了另一套组屋，套出了一部分资金。这些资金是否需要报税呢？

不需要

我们出租了这个房子，租房合同里租金分成了三部分，是这么写的：
whereof (S$***.00/=) shallbe for the rent of the said premises (S$ ***.00/= ) shall be for the rent ofthe furniture, fixtures and fittings and (S$ ***.00/=) shall be for themaintenance charges and payable monthly in advance
这其中是不是只有第一部分需要报税？

全部（总房租）需要报税，

可我的租房中介告诉我说只有租金的第一部分需要报税啊。迷惑中...

Rental income received from the letting of property in Singapore is subject to income tax, while your property is subject to property tax. Your rental income includes rent of the premises, maintenance, furniture and fittings. After deductions for allowable expenses (such as property tax), the net amount is taxable.
