<p>您好,麦克哥</p><p></p><p>我申请的EP Q1准证来到新加坡,到新国刚刚45天而已 ,通过一个多月的实地观察,我想要节省时间,马上买房!!</p><p>有如下问题:</p><p>1,通常你们在讨论的HDB是组屋么?据我所知,中国国籍不允许购买新国政府组屋,即使 是 PR.</p><p>2, 如果可以购买组屋,从长期的商业发展,投资理财角度上来分析,如果我有500K左右的购房预算,我买组屋好还是CONDO比较好?</p><p>3。EP和PR 在买房上有何本质区别? 我对PR的申请并不着急,如果对购房方便有必要,有需要的话,我可以立即申请PR.</p><p>4。听说外国 人士 买房总会比 新加坡公民买的要贵很多。。我可否找一个新加坡朋友帮我买,然后再把房产权 过户给我?</p><p>&nbsp;顺祝您 新年快乐,生意兴隆。。谢谢</p>

<p>hi michael我准备买房了. 之前听朋友讲说2001年左右新建的HDB质量不太好,请问是这样的吗?</p><p>还有我已经和中介联系过了,但是我还没有联系banker,但我的中介说他会帮我做评估预算之类的事情. 请问这种情况下我是否还需要自己去找banker? 你能帮我推荐好的banker吗? 谢谢了 [em17]</p>
