And after the JTC valuation, could it be higher than it? </p><p>Thanks for your kind help. </p><br/></div><p></p><p> </p><p>1. check with jtc how much they intend to sell u.</p><p>2. the selling price should be around valuation price. try to bargin a bit .</p><p>3. yr neighbour move in last july, so they buy the flat around march-april, a different of 7k is ok, it should be around 5k-15k.</p><p>4. now the price is moving so fast that if u compare the price now and 3 month ago will be 10-20k different, and also the price only start to pick up since oct-nov.</p><p> hopefully the trick will help u to save a few thousand $$$. </p><p> </p>
