<p>Hi, Micheal8330</p><p>My husband and I both are PR, Bec he is still doing his PHD and I'm newly PR, so do not have much CPF, is that ok to buy a house?</p><p>We plan to buy 2+1 HDB flat this yr, and want to move in by Augs, is that the time to look for house now?</p><p>We want to find a honest and informatic agent to help us, is that ok to ask you to help us? can I have ur contact no? thanks a lot.</p>
