请问Michael,
Half Yearly Sale of 3-room Premium, 4-room and Bigger Flats 的组屋是算新屋子吗?就是说没有补贴拿是吗?
我现在有一间组屋是PR时买的,我要卖掉现有的再去要买这种屋子的话。最好要咋样操作?
卖掉现有的,再买新屋. 这样在过渡期我没有地方住. 先买新屋再卖现屋的话,我没有钱付新屋的首期.

有低收入补贴,
From 6 February 2009, the maximum AHG amount for those with average monthly household income of $1,500 or less has been increased by $10,000 to $40,000. Income ceiling to qualify for AHG is also raised to $5,000.
AHG is graduated to allow families with lower income to enjoy a higher grant. The amount of AHG the buyers can be eligible for, will depend on their average gross monthly household income assessed over the past one year.

假设现有的房子,你是跟银行贷款, 你就跟银行拿一个过渡[6个月]贷款[bridging loan],
hdb loan 的话,就可以做对敲[enhance contra].
你只可以选现成的房子,[现在已有key], bto 或两年后才落成的房子, 你就需要首期才可选房子, [低收入补贴可当成首期]
