Hi Michael,
我想问一下,我已经有一个政府组屋,还在还贷款,
如果我想买多一间私人公寓,只有首付的资金,你说银行会贷款给我吗?
如果跟银行说我买公寓是买来出租的,是想证明我可以还得起月供,银行可以贷款吗?

应该不是问题,
最重主是你的月收入.
不是自住的话,一般就借百分之70.

嘿嘿,我的收入不多,一个月,千多块,我老公一个月二千多,(我的HDB是我老公供的)

Hi, Michael, i want to buy a HDB flat in Jurong West Area, preferrably close to Jurong point. I quite like BLK 66+, 67+, 68+ apartments. Could you help me with that? For a 4rm apartment, moderate decoration, how much COV is normal in that area? Is now a good time to buy one? It seems that the price is really unreasonable given the economic slowdown background. Looking forward to your insights!

买耒自住,随时可买
投资,再等等看看

Thanks a lot for your comments. I am buying not for investment. My current rent in Clementi is way too expensive, that is why i am eager to buy one for my family.

BTW, why is JW so hot at the moment? My lease with landlord will not end anytime soon, so i stil have some time to shop for a house. Do u think the price in JW will drop a bit toward year end?

Thanks a lot for your comments. I am buying not for investment. My current rent in Clementi is way too expensive, that is why i am eager to buy one for my family.

BTW, why is JW so hot at the moment? My lease with landlord will not end anytime soon, so i stil have some time to shop for a house. Do u think the price in JW will drop a bit toward year end?

jurong point, NTU, MRT, industrial park etc

this is a million $$$ question, 没有人会回答也不敢负责, 量力而买吧
