<p>Dear Miss XX,</p><p>This is with reference to your request for a for a refound of the entire amount (100%) of the IELTS fees you had paid upon registration at our school.</p><p>Howevever, because you given us a notice of withdrawl less than thirty days prior to the commencement date of the course, you are entitled to a refund of 65% of the amount you had paid. This is an accordance with the refund policy set by the CASE-found in the Standard Student's Contract between private education organization and international student.
