买房vs租房

<p>买房这种决策,不是这么简单计算可以下结论的</p><p>有很多其它因素,也要结合买家自身的情况来做现金预算和投资分析</p><p>楼主的这套算法,有点粗糙了.</p><p>那个能1100块租房子就不要买房的结论,更是不敢苟同啊</p><p></p>

<p>该买就买,钱放在银行也生不出多少钱来,自己住多舒服自在,合住或租房总没自己的房住得好。我认为。</p><p></p>
