因为我自己的水平就在那了，kiwi姐朋友做的那个我觉得已经很好了，所以就基本上都是那些了，完整地就是这样：
AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT OF SUPPLY LABOUR FOR FABRICATION OF REINFORCEMENT CAGE OF BORED PILES
This Agreement is made between M/s WUHAN GUOJI GEOTECHINICAL ENGINEERING PTE LTD WASSIT POWER PLANT PM Eng. Depart. (hereinafter called the “Main Contractor”) and M/s xxxxxxx (hereinafter called the “Sub-Contractor”).
1.0 Project Location: WASSIT AT IRAQ
2.0 Scope of Work: Supply labor for fabrication of reinforcement cage of bored piles
3.0 Unit Rate, Unit and Payment:
The unit rate is 15,000 Dinars per reinforcement cage with length of 9 meters, the actual quantity should base on site measurement. The quantity of reinforcement cage completed every day should be confirmed according to main contractor and sub-contractor’s signature daily. The payment shall be released on the 1st of each month for 70% of the completed job, the balance amount shall be one time paid after completion of the whole piling inspection.
4.0 Responsibility of main contractor
a) Provide site area, power supply for fabricating reinforcement cage, inspection and assist the sub-contractor to transfer the reinforcement cage prior to casting.
b) Reinforced materials, welding rod and 10 sets of electric welding machine to be provided by main contractor.
c) Installation of reinforcement cages prior to casting of piles.
5.0 Responsibility of sub-contractor
a) Provide welding gloves, helmet and all other necessary accessories and equipments. Tools and machineries provided by main contractor shall be properly maintained by sub-contractor. In case of any damage or lost or etc, all cost/expense shall be charged to by sub-contractor.
b) Welders must hold relevant certificates.
c) The reinforcement cages shall be fabricated in strict and complete compliance with the inspection standard. The cost of any work in delay of construction shall be fully covered by sub-contractor. Fine of USD50 shall be executed for any reinforcement cage of 9 meters not complying with inspection or rejected by authority requirement.
d) Ensure safety in construction, all workers shall wear insulated boots, shoes when operating in rainy or humid areas, otherwise all the consequences resulting therefore borne by sub-contractor (including economic loss).
e) The sub-contractor shall save the quantity of reinforcement, in such way that all rebar shall be arranged rationally, any reinforcement bars over 1 meter shall be rationally used. If the material excess, it has nothing to do with sub-contractor.
f) The sub-contractor must ensure to complete fabrication of 60 numbers (12 sets) of reinforcement cage, any cost of delay due to shortage of qualified reinforcement cage will be charged to sub- contractor.
6.0 OTHER CONDITIONS
a) The sub-contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of his workers.
b) Construction safety and etc. should according to the relevant regulations made by main contractor.
c) Matters not covered in this agreement shall be negotiated by both parties settlement.
d) Any notice received from supervision, HEPEC or MOE caused by the sub-contractor, USD200 will be fined each. Any fines received from supervision, HEPEC or MOE caused by the sub-contractor, shall be borne entirely by the sub-contractor.
e) This agreement is in quadruplicates, each Party holds two copies, effective after signature and stamp. Project completion and payment settlement of natural failure.
