Agreement
Party: Wuhan Guo machine Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. a German power plant projects in Iraq and China Ministry of
B:
Party construction projects because of needs, a German power plant projects in Iraq and China pile reinforcement cage processing sub-projects to the B production, as the clear responsibility of both parties, entered into an agreement special rules as follows:
I. Project Location: Iraq Vasile special
Second, project content: bored pile reinforcement cage into the cage.
Third, the unit price, measurement and payment:
15,000 dinars as a unit / section (ten thousand thousand dinars each section, each section length of 9 meters), measured way in real measurement, the daily number of completed section of the reinforcement cage by the A and B sides confirmed the signing day ; payment as the 1st pay 70% of the workload, and the rest to be completed pile acceptance of a settlement.
Fourth, Party A:

V. Responsibilities of Party B:

5, this agreement is in quadruplicates, each Party holds two copies, signed and effective completion of project payment to settle the natural failure.
