SIA本来就是TigerAir的母公司,新的执行官陈有成就是SIA委派来的.陈有成在SIA服务了超过15年.

这次老虎issue 的是流通股，除非SIA疯狂抛售，不然不会对股价造成影响。

难怪。我就说找不到有神马方式是不会触发全面收购。

不过触发也无所谓，不会有股东接受0.58的收购要约
