买，还是不买？

买之前，先想好是自住还是投资。
自住以自己舒服为主，比如学校，工作，生活习惯等等；
投资以租户舒服为主，比如出入方便，以后出售容易等等；
然后才想要不要买！

Buying an uncompleted private property under the husband's name alone: Singaporeans who already own one residential property would have to pay ABSD of 7% on the acquisition of the second residential property. There will be no ABSD refund if the husband subsequently sell the hdb unit even within the 6-month period from the private property's TOP.

二手的虽然叫价叫的欢,但很多都是钓鱼的,要找真正想卖的卖家,这样才能砍一砍

去看过Sky Habitat，房内设计很好，但感觉人口密度太大了（容积率5.0了吧）。在我看来d'Leedon > Interlace > Sky Habitat，所以感觉Sky Habitat当时就开1700有些overprice，而Interlace很划算。当然考虑方便程度、学校等方便确实Sky Habitat很优秀。
