由于此股票受到本版重量级人物热捧，俺就单开一贴，希望大侠们参与讨论，俺也跟着买几手玩玩。

精密制造业（电脑，电气电子，通讯，硬盘消费电子，汽车，图像/打印，医疗设备，工业能源等），产品为模具及成品。1HFY14 （截至2013年底）收入同比增长5% 至3.34亿美元，1.3分股息；全年2分股息。

谢姐提醒。自从西门兄上周五大手笔购入后，俺确实心动了。可回头一想，西兄是大户，俺纯小散，不是一个牌桌上玩的。俺听俺姐的，握紧小荷包，观望一下，再行动不迟。

介个奏是西门兄提到的那个公司债券吧。

Amtek Engineering Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has priced
S$200,000,000 6.90 per cent. Notes due 2019 comprised in Series 001 (the “Series
001 Notes”) to be issued by the Company pursuant to the S$500,000,000
Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme (the “Programme”) established by the
Company on 10 May 2013. DBS Bank Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank have been
appointed as dealers of the Series 001 Notes and will offer the Series 001 Notes
primarily in Singapore pursuant to the exemptions invoked under Sections 274 and 275
of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore.

The Series 001 Notes, which will be issued in the denomination of S$250,000 each,
shall bear interest at the fixed rate of 6.90 per cent. per annum up to (but excluding)
20 March 2017 and at the fixed rate of 8.90 per cent. per annum thereafter, in each
case, payable semi-annually in arrear. The Series 001 Notes are expected to be issued
on 20 March 2014 (the “Issue Date”) and are expected to mature five years from the
Issue Date.

The Series 001 Notes may be redeemed at the option of the Company in whole or in
part, on any interest payment date falling on or after 20 March 2017 and otherwise
upon the occurrence of certain redemption events specified in the Conditions of the
Series 001 Notes.

The Series 001 Notes will constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and
unsecured obligations of the Company and shall at all times rank pari passu, without
any preference or priority among themselves, and pari passu with all other present and
future unsecured obligations (other than subordinated obligations and priorities created
by law) of the Company from time to time outstanding.

The net proceeds arising from the issue of the Series 001 Notes under the Programme
(after deducting issue expenses and sales commission to private banks) will be used for
the purpose of financing general corporate purposes of the Company and its
subsidiaries (the “Group”), including to finance potential acquisitions, strategic
expansions, general working capital, capital expenditure and investments of the Group
and to refinance existing borrowings of the Group.

Application will be made for the permission to deal in, listing and quotation for the
Series 001 Notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST").
Such permission will be granted when the Series 001 Notes have been admitted to the
Official List of the SGX-ST. The SGX-ST assumes no responsibility for the correctness of
any of the statements made or opinions expressed or reports contained herein.
Admission to the Official List of the SGX-ST and listing and quotation of the Series 001
Notes on the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Company,
its subsidiaries, its associated companies (if any) or the Series 001 Notes.
