Questions for Michael, Thanks!

请问一下楼主: 上周末刚签了OPT 并exercise了. 是不是一定要在30天内做好银行贷款并向HDB交申请书? 如果楼主降息的消息是真的,我是不是应该签floating interest 的? 另外, When should I sign the commison agreement and pay the agent fee? If I am not satisfied with the service the agent provided, can I ask for some discount on the agent fee? Million thanks!

do u get a in-principle approval from bank before u exercise the otp? it too dangerous to exercise the otp if u did not have the in-principle approval from bank. anyway if yr otp put 30 day u have to do submittion than u have to do accordingly.

this news is from a few of my bankers, u should check with yr own bankers, cause anything go wrong who is going to be responible? i did not earn yr money , so i should not be the one holding the responible.

u should have already sign the commission letter during the meeting with the seller or when the agent handing over the otp to u .

some company practice first appointment , some practice completion , (i myself collect agency fee only after completion , cause if anything go wrong after the first appointment, i do not want to have another additional matter outstanding to be handle.)

i really don't understand , why alway after buying the hse and the buyer alway not happy with the agent ?

did the agent give wrong info. ?

did the agent force the buyer to buy the hse?

or any other reason?

if really not happy with the agent , should pay up the agency fee, then write letter to the companyor hdb or iras and complaint , and no cut agency fee, this only give me a bad impression that the buyer want to cut the agency fee and mention the agent services not good , no happy with agent.c
are to tell more  to correct my thought,

打官司怎么可以去见对方的律师?摸透你的想法再骗你上法庭,你输定了。
