we are PR now. But my wife may apply for citizenship mid next year.
Then there is one more question about the S$30K CPF HDB grant.
If we buy a re-sale HDB unit now, can we still apply for the grant after getting citizenship? Someone told me that this grant could be applied for within one year after buying a HDB flat. The difference is only that the loan couldn't be changed to HDB from bank. Is it true?

i have all the banker contract. (local and oversea bank), i only appoint one banker from one bank(means dbs i will have a banker, oub i will have a banker ) to work for my agency, and those no up to mark i will just change (that mean customer feedback say the banker late for appointment without good reason, rude , cannot explain clearly) those banker work with my agency know that , if they want my customer , they have to be very professional, and patient and my agency will refer those customer to them only (like customer want ocbc , i will pass to one sale banker)so far the banker i work with is quite good.
posb: is use to be government bank , their interest rate is reasonable , term and condition is reasonable also, and in the event, any default , they are more willing to talk and assists the borrower.
agency commission : market practice fully pay on completion, if u think u want to pay half-half also can.
if this is the case, u only need to put up to 5k to the owner and the rest u will settle the cash + cpf with yr banker, and usually it done 1 week before the completion.
if u only declare 227k in otp that mean 227k in the otp, that mean something wrong so where) this is what we call under-delare the selling price and this is punishable under the law.
