1. hdb tell u is executive condonmium and the newspaper is executive mais.

2. executive mais. ( 2 storey) in chinese will be 复式公寓

3. hdb webiste mention 145 sqm (3+1)  , still have 155 sqm (4+1) 3 bedroom on the upper storey and 1 small study room on the lower storey.

4. EC ( depend on which area ) will be around 1.3k-2.2k ( 3+1)

5. i just do my ' job ' , 只想帮人,不求回报. ( if have , of course is better) 当做作一个朋友

NTUC, AIA, GE, PRUDENTIAL,

almost all company are  qualify. u ask the insurance agent they will tell u what to do.
