夫妻两个联名买, one can become occupier , but both name must be in the same hse.

2) 如果必须2人联名才可以买房子,那么是必须夫妻联名么,还是跟其他亲属也可以.

as long as u are married status , yr wife/spouse name will follow u, the rest of the family member can add into the hse as lessee or occupiers .

比如,我(SC)是否可以跟我母亲联名买一套房子(我母亲不是PR/SC).

this is under another scheme, provide u are not married and have sibling

3) 如果我可以跟我母亲联名买房子,那么我老婆(PR)是否还可以跟她的父母其中一位联名再买一套?

不可以

after she have apply PR, she can joint name with other brother/sister or yr father to buy another hse(provide all minimum have PR), BUT if one person only  maybe she can go and buy executive condo.

after she become SC , the she can apply under single citizen scheme, take note : must above 35 year old and also becareful of the household income (above 3k and buying exec. flat can only apply loan from the bank ) if no income no bank will lend her money.

the T & C only applicable to new EC. so if u buy resale EC this will not affect u.
1. u can keep yr hdb flat if u want to.
2. once u sell the EC after 30 month , u can buy directly after the hdb provided u meet other T& C.
3. no applicable
4. u can sell immediately, but take note only after 10 year than u can sell to foreigner.

this promotion is just out last wednesday, so far so good as cpf rate had not been change since 99 (2.5%), and it maynot be change for the next few year, but no body know.

today  newspaper have some news regard interest rate , this may help u to decide faster.

if u have some floating cash( spare money about 50k-100k, for business use)  , i know there is bank offer $ to $ interest rate peg with the housing loan, there mean u get hse loan from them, u place a deposit(50K) with them, the interest rate of 50K will be the same as your housing loan interest rate. this is good for those ppls with cash for business use.can get one banker to explain to u for either package.

those near to MRT is a bit higher , high floor and renovation is a important factor also.

it depend a little bit on neg. skills also.
