<p>hi,&nbsp;i read a number of your posts and really appreciate your help here.</p><p>now, my husband and I have OTP one JTC's 3 room flat, but we want to move in ASAP since i am allegic&nbsp;to my current room (with landlord). I had bad eczema on my forehead and light ones on neck and arms. I tried to stay at my friend's place, i get fine.</p><p>so,&nbsp;how fast can the process be, can we have early 1 appointment and if we do not need to take loan, can it get even faster? can we request for early appointments? Thank you.</p>

唉。。气死了,给了1000订金了,今天卖家反悔不卖了。。怎么他不卖我就不能索赔,我不买了的话定金就要给他,分明是不公平交易。

<p>看了你的帖子,觉得你很热心。有件事想咨询一下。最近我看中一套房子,准备交易。AGENT讲1%中介费还要加5%GST。是这样吗,我还没有听说中介费要加GST的?谢谢了!</p>

趁michael还没有来我先回答一下<br/><br/>如果exercise了OTP的话,卖家反悔是有法律责任的。<br/>你可以在附近找一个类似的但是贵一点的房子然后让他出差价。<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>

我个人觉得:<br/>
1 社区新,整体感觉好,房子也新<br/>
2 房价低<br/>
3 离工作地点近<br/><br/>
但是,不太清楚这个区的房子有没有升值潜力,还有好像这个区没有巴沙,不知道生活方不放便。<br/><br/>
希望大家指点迷津。

from submission to first appt approx= 6 week [ depend on time slots, if u choose sats will be slightly late], from first appt to completion if no loan and cpf can do it at 4 week or not minimum 6 week.

u buy jtc flat only can do normal submission [cannot use resalenet], the chance to get early first appt is slim.

if u buy throught the agent, and the agency is an GST registered company. u have to pay the GST , or not the agent have to absorb the gst cause the agency don't care, it will deduct accordingly .
