but is a nice place to stay,

near sun plaza ,mrt and bus inter-change will be a better choice. chong pang market is a few bus stop away. and yishun town/woodland is one/three station away .

depend where u work , if u work in sembawang , than i think it will be good to buy near there. if u work at jurong west than of course u have to buy some where near JW.

loan and lawer,&#160; I plan to go to DBS, but I found that favorable
promotion was closed, And I am hesitant between UOB and DBS, and I
found the the Package provied by Banker is different between each
other. who can I trust. How can I do. by the way could you pls msm your
lawer.&#160; If you can give me some suggestion, I will appreciate you very

(80$ pay by the seller , 80$ pay by the buyer)</p><p></p>

<p>请问,超过36岁的PR,刚刚离婚,可以作为单身买HDB的房子吗?</p><p>想买比较靠近地铁站的,比较市区的房子(TOA PAYAH,BISHAN,TIONG BARU,MARINA PARADA都可).</p><p>因为单身,所以3+1的就可以了.有没有比较新的房子呢?</p><p>心理价格是22万-24万(不是很清楚市场价)左右,如果首付一半(11万左右),在5年内还清LOAN的话,每月要付多少.</p><p>谢谢楼主帮忙,如果可能会在过了年后,请楼主(楼主是经纪吧)帮忙找房.</p>
