屋主凭证

小狮租房
在未还清HDB房子的银行贷款前,手中可拿什么样的屋主凭证?在若干年后还清贷款,是不是得经买房时委托的律师去银行拿房产证呢?

different lawyer firm have different practice , but i seldom hear got lawyer firm collect legal fee before the completion day, and stamp duty need to be pay only 14th day after the approval letter.
