在未还清HDB房子的银行贷款前,手中可拿什么样的屋主凭证?在若干年后还清贷款,是不是得经买房时委托的律师去银行拿房产证呢?

Michael,you said that when we attend the first appt ,no need to pay any money ,just go and sign the paper work,but my agent ask me to prepare legal fee and stamp fee before attending the 1st appt,is this the right way?thanks

(4) Can I move in  the HDB early? that is can I move in before step 6 (完成交易当天申请水电及从律师那里拿钥匙) ? </div>(1)Normally after 执行 OTP, how long will have 第一次面议（1st appointment）。 around 05-07 week(2)Know the rule already changes, When I need to 将准备好的现金交给律师，由律师与各方解决其余的问题。（HDB，CPF，印花税，等）i have post this before ,just a few page in front, now stamp duty need to be pay 14 day after the approval letter had be issue , so it will be around the 3-4th week after the first appointment, check with yr own lawyer the ywill let u know. (3)When 卖方 need to move out from the HDB? any time before the completion , normally will be the weekend before the completion day.(4) Can I move in  the HDB early? that is can I move in before step 6 (完成交易当天申请水电及从律师那里拿钥匙) ?u can alway neg. with the seller , if they got place to move , normally they will let u have the hse early , but it all on case to case basic.

different lawyer firm have different practice , but i seldom hear got lawyer firm collect legal fee before the completion day, and stamp duty need to be pay only 14th day after the approval letter.
