&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 本人是PR,先生是新加坡人，因为有了孩子就想买套4房式的HDB。一直想买新的，但太抢手了，很难买到，现在只有些2楼的，好的地点新的太贵了，旧的也不划算，都住了二十多年了还要260K.我想买价位在200K的房子，后港盛港一带的只有5年房龄。请问新加坡二手房市场网站。

IMHO,
i will wait until get SC then either get a new flat or a resale flat with grant.
the cost involve (legal fee , agent fee, stamp duty, misc, etc) and the effort (go around to see hse unless u like to visit other ppls hse) .

and the saving is not really much, i prefer to wait until get SC first.
