<p>Hi Michael,</p><p>请问夫妇两个一个是新加坡公民,另一个是S'PR,购买了一套HDB组屋。3年后,持有S'PR的一方因回国工作,RE-ENTRY PERMIT到期后,没有更新,如此面临所谓S'PR没有RENEW的问题,也担心RENEW不成功。现在的问题是,若PR真的没有申请成功,他们所拥有的组屋,是否会被强行收回?谢谢!</p>[em07][em07]

If the flat owners have sublet the whole flat, the period of subletting will not be included in the computation of MOP.</p>
