Michael,先谢谢你的耐心和热心.请问如果两位老人都是SC,从来没有买过政府房,一直住HDB出租的房子.现在想买政府推出的给乐龄人士住的2房或3房,是否需要一次给完房款,不能贷款?如果一次给完,老人是否可以出租整套?如果最后两位老人都不在了,房子是归继承人所有还是要卖回给HDB? 卖回给HDB是什么价钱? 能卖给个人吗?谢谢.

if u like condo, then buy lor.

the different between PR and non-PR, buy condo is the bank loan as PR , u may borrow up to 90% of the purchase price . for non-PR up to 70% if u credit stand very strong , may borrow a bit more.
