<p>&nbsp;房子的朝向问题想请教下楼主：</p><p>如果建筑物是呈“工”字形，一层四户的格局，虽然户户都可南北通透，可是客厅和卧室都在楼房的外环，西南和西北因为西晒的关系决定放弃，东南和东北的朝向哪种更可取？ 在国内东南朝向最有口皆碑，冬暖夏凉，新加坡是不是也是这样？</p>
