[em01]</div>depend on which bank, citi bank, ocbc  [$2000+gst include stamp] , dbs[1800+gst, include stamp], uob[2200+gst , include stamp] , the bank will subsidy u 0.4% of yr bank loan amount [200k loan , they will help to pay for u S$800/- to the lawyer , the rest pay with yr cpf]i have get the lawyer to get u a call. take away yr nos. u can alway let me know yr hp nos thru PM, open forum put down hp nos is no wise.

请问估价250千左右的，想买绿线靠近mrt 走路5分钟以内的4房室的组屋，最好考东边点的，要每层都有电梯的。大概可以买什么地方的房子，大概多久的房龄阿？如果想买女皇镇附近的4房室大概估价多少呢？还有就是如果以280千来算的，首付百分之10可以吗？按20年和30年分别每月要交多少钱？夫妻都是PR,20多岁，月薪一起3000多点而已。加所有的费用（中介费，律师费等），280千的房子来算，估计首期一共要交多少钱啊？谢谢！！cpf不够的可以所有用现金付吗？
